I started a daily morning workout routine a month ago along with a carnivore diet (started 130lbs, 33 yrs, Mom of 4) with diet an immediate 10 lbs(im guessing inflammation) came off and now holding steady at 120 but body composition has continued to change. Last month I did a 10lb single kettlebell for 15 min followed by a pilates workout in the am. I've already got 2 10lb kettlebells at home so this month I'm adding this doubles (double 10 lbs) to begin my out routine. My routine now is 15 min double kettle bell, 15 min single, pilates. Let's go yall!!
