Great idea to use tea in chia pudding! That creates hundreds of additional flavor possibilities. But, does that little Tribest blender actually manage to pulverize the chia seeds?
Just made this but had to add some maple syrup as the dates weren’t sweet enough. It’s delicious though. Was the tea sweetened a bit before using in the recipe?
@@cookingwithplants I later realized I didn’t translate ml to cups very well and added too much water. Made it a 2nd time but still added maple syrup as I prefer a bit more sweetness. A tad bit of added salt was great too. I made a big batch this week and prepped it into 1/2c containers and had it for dessert each night after dinner. Ran out of peppermint tea and used peppermint extract. Still Delicious! Thanks again!
Thank you. You can put a peppermint tea bag in plant milk like coconut for a creamier flavor.
