Just bought the 18650 through you recently, had no idea you made videos. Very pleased with my light, and it was a much more humorous unboxing experience than that from any other dealer. Thank you senior sweat shop worker, for all your hard work and dedication.
Love the Vid, I wish you would have attempted submersion a second time, after the lens had critically failed, just to see how it would perform. Keep it up, brother!
Just wanted to say that I stumbled across your website by chance the other day and I am glad I did. Put in an order for the MUR1A that I haven't been able to find for months. Extremely fast shipping, and I'm digging the whole story behind the business. Getting kicked out of the house because you exercised your god given rights.. smh. Only fitting that you achieve greatness through hard work within the 2A community. I wish you the best Sol, and keep up the good work, you just gained a valued customer.
I love all three of my Modlite's. They perform the best and have the best performance. Now I really closely tied light in my opinion, would be the Arisaka 18650 with Malkoff head. That thing performs insanely well at that price point
@@RooftopDefense I hope they'll use some thick optics rather than reflectors. The weak point was the lens. Eyeing for the OKW to pair with my Elzetta Bravo.
Nice vid, thanks! This is, the 3rd vid I've watched of the modlite plhv2 lens cracking after first or 2nd drop. Hopefully they'll include a replacement lens in the package. With that said, I'll keep using my Olight Warrior x pro, that thing is a tank. Would like to see you test that with the same tests as the modlite.
Even my $20 solarforce host never cracked and I dropped them 100x and ran them over with a towtruck. It bent the body the glass didn't crack. Seems like the drop in is the only good part on the modlight.
HEHE!! You're testing.....should have varied the testing---truck speed over the the light, run over the light on pavement at a few MPH speeds.... different vhhicles e.g. sub-compact car, truck....putting the light in loose gravel --each time you drove over it the light was being pushed deeper...less pressure on the light... future testing----toss light out of moving truck and have friend follow behind and drive over it at 70 mph....then antoher friend at 50 MPH...."toss/drop test"--drop straight down, ahead of you by 15 feet while running....REAL WORLD "accidents"...heh Most light nerds heh atually will baby their lights :)) So do as you will heh...
Hahahaha, I normally have several rolls of 550 -- but just like luck would have it, day of, I can't find *any* of them. I make the video -- then I found all of them..
Keep the vids coming man, I like the way you go about em.
I appreciate it, man! I'm looking to rolling out more in the not too distant future.
This was an amazing video. I’ve got 3 Modlites and I absolutely love them, makes me happier with my purchases. Thanks for sharing

I appreciate you and your support, my man! I try my best!
Definitely need an update vid on the SR15! Love the vids man!
I appreciate it, man! There is more KAC content to come ;)

Great to see you making more videos. Keep it up.
I appreciate you, my guy!
Aaaaaand Sol just cruised right on by Cowan’s drop zone 😂

Right on! I appreciate you and your support, my guy! Thank you!
I wish you guys would do more videos
Just got my 2nd modlite from your shop. Now I have an OKW and the PLHV2 😁
Just bought that exact light from you. Ordered today and it shipped out same day. Very impressive.
Phenomenal durability review, and very impressed with the Modlite's performance. Keep making videos and I'll keep coming back.
Friendly reminder that we love you dude.
This was a great durability test. I’d like to see how the Cloud Defensive Rein Mini does in a test like this. Thanks
Enjoy your videos, keep em up!
I appreciate it, man! I've got more stuff coming down the pipeline ;)
Didn’t know you guys had a channel! Fuck yeah man.
Hahaha, the channel started first years ago! Now, I really need to put some stuff out there, haha
I appreciate you and your support, Jason!
Great video, man. Durability is top notch
I’m glad that other people are willing to do this because I’ll be damned if I do that to a $300 light.
Shit I wouldn’t do it to a light half that price 😂
@Star Gazer1212 true, true.
Love everything you did but would be curious about a water test once the lense is cracked or broken out

YES!! I wanted you to spin tires on it. Great video.
Quick question: Would you mind torture testing the feyachi fl22mb weapon light. Thanks in advance
Awesome light Sol, but does it still work?
Thanks for ne no BS test man!! Great job and keep them good vids up.
Nice video, just subscribed and looking forward to more content
Awesome
Great video man. Keep it up!
You should do videos more often! Also, when you getting more okay mags in?!?
Bro could you do the same to the cloud defense rein? It's no where else on YT. Love this
Weird question, but, any relation to the Backyard Bowyer?
On that hurt to watch but I am glad somone did the testing
Disappointing that the bezel cracked so easily. Is it easily replaceable?
When did you buy this light?
"The light still works."
Just out of curiosity, how does this compare to surefire? In terms of durability and performance
Thanks for the Ramen. Now just need a wat to mount it.
They are great. Just wish they took common batteries
They are fully potted electronics like Elzetta and Malkoff right?
Yes, sir! Fully potted :)

I’m dying right now 😂 nice video , I can’t stomach doing that to mine lol
Hows your sr15?
Tell Abbie thanks for the top Ramen modlite are expensive
It hurts to see this.
pan to table. SLAP.
Hello there
Meh… I’m using a Surefire mini scout m300c 500 lumens. It works. If it ain’t broken why fix it?!
Even my $20 solarforce host never cracked and I dropped them 100x and ran them over with a towtruck. It bent the body the glass didn't crack. Seems like the drop in is the only good part on the modlight.
So the same torture with other brands!
My Malkoff MD2 lasts longer than this light with a much more destructive test suite.
Can I have it now? Lol

Cool so now it's probably lost about 10 bucks in value due to cosmetic damage how bout you hook me up
Shame on you. A poor African child could have eaten that Modlite...
You lost all credibility when you used twine instead of 550 cord.
Hahahaha, I normally have several rolls of 550 -- but just like luck would have it, day of, I can't find *any* of them. I make the video -- then I found all of them..
