My unsolicited advice (from my experience) I took the end of the younger branches and tried to group them together to sort of braid them, then attach them along a line of fence, eaves, roof line, pillar, wrapping where I could and attaching with something that would not cut into the flesh as it grows thicker. Also I removed as much dead wood as I could. During flowering the plant is quite engaged in the display. But after, and all through the summer it will send long tendrils searching for strong supports. This is the best time to watch for those fast growing branches and train them along. The following spring you will be spectacularly rewarded. Thank you so very much for making this your theme today. 💚💜💚
As a professional gardener, wisteria are best managed by pruning twice a year back to a supported framework of parallel horizontal. This is a lot of work but it does prevent the problem Edd mentioned about lots of dead with living parts at the very end. If you want a volunteer, let me know for the end of the season 😉
Louie is hilarious a natural comedian. Wisteria is so beautiful but hard work keeping it up and in control but certainly worth it. Really sets the scene for wedding celebrations!

The iron frame is pretty, but it isn't big enough. You need a full size pergola which hold the whole thing. You could build one in wood, paint it white, and have almost a tunnel of Wisteria.
