I truly love how as a collective you all bounce ideas off one another. The fact that everyone has a chance to give there input makes for a great team.

I'd call that "Recap Rundown with Nick" segment a success so I guess the riots are postponed... for now.
Also what in the french fried freedom is going on with the grade at that house?! Around 16:09, based on what was there, it looks like water used to run straight down from the window where the dryer vent is right into the door. Can't wait to see how you guys tackle this one!

It was wacky for sure…just straight concrete at the lowest spot in the backyard, wasn’t a good design at all, but we’ll change that! Ask for more nick, and more nick you shall receive 😂

Love the videos my man! I own a business doing deck repairs and am slowly transitioning as I grow to do full deck builds, currently working on my first one (not first ever build but first for my business) what’s some good advice for finding some reliable guys and/or advice for growth in general? Would love to get a crew like you have working for you now, seems like an awesome work environment. Can’t wait till I get to the point where I can do some awesome projects like yours 💪🏼💪🏼

That’s awesome man! As for finding good help, it sometimes takes time to get the right people…pay them as good as you can, make sure it’s fun and let them know they are appreciated. Growth in general will come with just doing a good job and being good to your clients!
