Small backyard - we need to get you folks over the water. The deck is bigger than most new build homes in the UK. The dream is to get substantial land to make garden of dreams like this. Keep it up ❤
Wow, this garden is very beautiful. Everything looks superb. I also like that you used pavings and didn't pour concrete, it gives the garden so much more appeal and it is also healthy for the soil. Gorgeous end results.
I wish you were over here in Scotland, you’re attention to detail is phenomenal….outstanding work again ……special word for “Tony”? ( i think that’s the gents name) ……now ,He is a very talented Craftsman……I’ve learned a lot from him . A pleasure to watch these videos ,from the UK
I really like the deck patio. If I could get that with a built in jacuzzi and cover to give it privacy and protect it from climate so it can be used year around I'd be stoked :D I cannot believe you did all this with that space 😦 that's amazing!!
Certainly a nice conversion of the backyard, if you only see it for this one property. In the larger context, another contribution to the urban stone desert and no help to limit the heating of the cities in summer with plants and green spaces.
Looks awesome! You’ve trialed numerous lighting arrangements on different decks at this point, curious what your favorite brand/lighting is? I’m looking to install stair, under cocktail rail, and downward fascia lighting on my deck.
All depends on budget, if you’re willing to spend a lot there are a ton of good brands, we’ve had a lot of success with lights from Amazon for riser lights and small spot lights. They are linked in my amazon store, the link for that is in the video description!
Could we please have a ‘Tiny’ backyard makeover series? I’m curious as to what you would design for various tiny yards and make them all functional for hosting. What would you omit?
Could we also get the estimated cost? Interesting to see such an amazing transformation, but more importantly I would LOVE to know what kind of price is involved to have such a beautiful backyard. Let's talk money!
It's somewhere in between: making 250k+/year Taking out a big HELOC now that your house is paid off OR just had a recent inheritance of a few hundred thousand
Can’t believe the homeowner didn’t spend the extra $20-$50k opening up that back door entrance. BLOW OUT THR WALL! Put a massive sliding door. Change the siding. Big up the house to mirror the sick backyard
Do you ever have job where the helical piles don't work due to rocky soil? Here in central Texas we have so much rock that I don't know if those would work?? They seem like a really efficient way to set footings.
If you consider this a "small" backyard then I wanna see what you consider a large one. This bad boyee is 3 times largwr than my yard😂. Project was SUPER DOPE as always, Dirty Jersey out!!! Oh & 30 secs. in I was like is that Pat?!?!?!😂👍👍
Hey, how do you guys finish off the pavers ? In Australia we use sand to fill in the gap between each paver, I never see how you finish yours off. I wouldn't think you leave it open for someone to get a tow stuck in there. Curious fan 😊
Hey, amazing job. Do you fill the cracks between the cement blocks with anything? I know you set them and make sure they are even, but just curious if you fill them with sand
As I watched something that I was thinking about is how does drainage work? I saw no french drains or anything like that and I would imagine the water has to go somewhere.
When you shot down the length of that pool, that form was so crooked! But it looks like the pool was crooked too, so those installers before you hosed up. But I guess the coping corrected that since it hides the pool and the concrete edge. Super questionable decision by the homeowner to build a deck when they should’ve gone with a retaining wall and infill, but I guess they didn’t have a budget for that
Hey! Hey PO! Fantastic work but you forgot to put pavers on gravel around fire pit. Why would they want just barefoot unfriendly gravel? It’s like painting the entire barn red but no paint on the barn door. Did they mention why they only wanted gravel around fire pit?

And I thought we had small lots in New Jersey 😅 Big plot of land is hopefully in my future eventually as well my friend!
Its just so stunning to look at how professionals really change the looks of such big backyard in such a short period of time!!!
Great Job Guys
Stunning. If I had a place like that I wouldn’t feel the need to take a vacation. Super chilled space
You guys just continue to amaze me with your work.
Absolutely amazing
Really appreciate that my friend!!

Glad you’re digging the videos my friend! Ant is a one in a million carpenter, we’re incredibly lucky to have him on our team!!
How wonderful it looks
Thanks so much!!
I liked the older one better! Can you do a video on how to change it back?
Beautiful, congrats.
Beautiful work. Must be at least 130k++ including the pool
Absolutely stunning !!
Thank you!!

It really is a super functional use of space!
@@THEpremieroutdoor ☺ It was a wonderful job. It turned out beautiful! I love those functional uses of space.
Certainly a nice conversion of the backyard, if you only see it for this one property. In the larger context, another contribution to the urban stone desert and no help to limit the heating of the cities in summer with plants and green spaces.
The other half of their yard is green space, no worries friend!
Simply stunning
Outstanding Job!
Thank you!!
WOW nice job man!
Looks amazing!!
Thank you!!
Good job. Thanks you share video.
Thanks a lot!
Hats off to your designer(s). The work itself is impressive but without the initial design, it's all for nothing.
Nice backyard. Great job.
Thanks man!!
Small backyard?? It’s bleedon huge!!!😳😳😳 I didn’t see you change the pool water, did you? Amazing makeover!!
BEAUTIFUL 💯
Appreciate the support!!
Great stuff!!🎉❤
Thanks buddy!!
Amazing this work. hello from Brazil
Thanks buddy!!

It looked better before. Jk, amazing work, wow what a transformation!! Cheers to the owners of that backyard..
Thanks man!!
Small backyard 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Vizuri 😊
great work guys , absolutly beautiful , wondering how some like that will cost ?
Good construction like ,thank you very much
That's the biggest "small" backyard I've ever seen. That pool alone is bigger than my backyard.
Size is all relative I guess!
Big backyard - big makeover.
beautiful
Awesome!!!
Thanks a lot!
Well done, love it😊
Thanks so much!!
Good job
Amazing
Thank you Jose!!
Could we please have a ‘Tiny’ backyard makeover series? I’m curious as to what you would design for various tiny yards and make them all functional for hosting. What would you omit?
Interesting concept! Maybe we can make a separate video on those kinds of designs!
Could we also get the estimated cost? Interesting to see such an amazing transformation, but more importantly I would LOVE to know what kind of price is involved to have such a beautiful backyard. Let's talk money!
It's somewhere in between:
making 250k+/year
Taking out a big HELOC now that your house is paid off OR
just had a recent inheritance of a few hundred thousand
You should open a branch in Central New York. You can't keep all of this talent to yourselves.
Maybe one day 😅
Can’t believe the homeowner didn’t spend the extra $20-$50k opening up that back door entrance. BLOW OUT THR WALL! Put a massive sliding door. Change the siding. Big up the house to mirror the sick backyard
Can't teach stupid, likely why they live in that house and area, lol
The way the house is built it would be realllly difficult to open up that door opening, but I’m sure plans for new siding are in their future 😅
Beautiful work for the transformation. Although I think a sunken fire area would have been cool, and I feel the weak link here was landscaping. ;)
A sunken fire place pit eh, maybe we will have one of those in the future 😉
Nice👏
Bravo les gars 👍! C'est du très bon travail, c'est très beau ❤❤! Ca vous a pris combien de temps pour tout faire ?
This project looks…”locked in for justice!”
You know the deal! Appreciate the support my friend 😅
Do you ever have job where the helical piles don't work due to rocky soil? Here in central Texas we have so much rock that I don't know if those would work?? They seem like a really efficient way to set footings.

Oh & 30 secs. in I was like is that Pat?!?!?!😂👍👍
WOW!
🙌
It looks amazing!! Awesome work, how much does a project like that cost to have done?
about 90k to 260k
Just curious what you use to hold your patio pavers/bricks in place. Do you mortar them in, leave them loose, use compacted sand?
We use a joint sand to finish it off and keep them in place, then do a concrete edge restraint around the perimeter!
Wow this is such a nice overkill for this house.
Thanks I think! 🤣
Wow, as always absolutely stunning job!!! What was the cost of this project?
Thanks a lot! About 75k plus the cost of the pool
Well done, looks modern and very slick. Did you design the landscaping yourself?
what was the white stuff that was sprinkled on the ground at the 5:45 mark? was that lime? to stabalize the soil or to prevent growth?
Exactly!
Шана і повага справжнім майстрам❤❤❤
Do you build complete homes too?
Hey, how do you guys finish off the pavers ? In Australia we use sand to fill in the gap between each paver, I never see how you finish yours off. I wouldn't think you leave it open for someone to get a tow stuck in there. Curious fan 😊
Yup, we also do joint sand!! We’ll have to make sure we start getting time lapse footage of that cause we do get that question a lot 😅
Hey, amazing job. Do you fill the cracks between the cement blocks with anything? I know you set them and make sure they are even, but just curious if you fill them with sand
Nice work!
But how come you Americans don't use geotextile before you use gravel? Maybe have seen it like twice on yt.
wow! again...
Thank you!!
What is the pool size? The whole yard look awesome 😊
A hundred grand, easy.
With the pool, yes!
Do you guys travel out of state for projects such as to Maryland!?
As I watched something that I was thinking about is how does drainage work? I saw no french drains or anything like that and I would imagine the water has to go somewhere.
Super!
What was the total size of the backyard?
easily watchable at 2x speed
What do you use for your sub base and paver base? Looks like ¾ clean stone and stone dust?
This is amazing!!🙌🏼👏🏼Do you build in DE?
I wonder how much would something like that cost?
About 70k not including the pool
Nice work, now just tear down the rainbow flag and it's perfect.
your hatred sucks
Rough estimate of cost here on this full project?
Was it hard keeping dirt out of the pool?
Hi. Cost to do a project like that?
ball park price would be nice
Where is this guy living that this is a small backyard
how much a project like that?
Apaixonante! 👏🍸👏🍷👏
Premium🏆
I wonder what the average cost on that job?
what is the size of that pool?
I estimate at least 200k+. But nice update
Thanks buddy!
How big is the pool ?
When you shot down the length of that pool, that form was so crooked! But it looks like the pool was crooked too, so those installers before you hosed up. But I guess the coping corrected that since it hides the pool and the concrete edge.
Super questionable decision by the homeowner to build a deck when they should’ve gone with a retaining wall and infill, but I guess they didn’t have a budget for that
The pool was crooked so we had to work around that a little! We knew the coping would compensate for any minute discrepancies.
Hey! Hey PO! Fantastic work but you forgot to put pavers on gravel around fire pit. Why would they want just barefoot unfriendly gravel? It’s like painting the entire barn red but no paint on the barn door. Did they mention why they only wanted gravel around fire pit?
It’s a rounded river rock and the smaller size makes it easy to walk on barefoot…always nice to have a change of texture!
Do you have more crews?
What is the color and name of the brown looks border. Looks like techo antika
Chestnut brown
What is the manufacturer of that fiberglass pool?
