@@nelks1284 True, but keep in mind that everything else costs more, including building materials. Lumber prices have at least doubled in the last couple years. I'm pretty sure that is everywhere in the USA.

Amazing work! I noticed that on many of your videos you paint the cedar black before covering it. Is this some kind of special paint?
We stain the framing black so it disappears in between the gaps of the boards! Its just arbor coat from Benjamin Moore!

Yep! It's a screened in full porch, so this will stop the bugs from coming up from underneath. At least help, you know bugs are tricky! 🤣
