i've been tossing whole bananas in my freezer for years. I just use 1/2 for a smoothie, but it is so easy to cut into rounds while frozen, then right into blender. Freezing bananas is such a great way to have them available on demand.

Question....Are the frozen bananas good if they turn brown in the freezer?
I store them in freezer containers and they go medium to dark brown after a few weeks.

You're making extra work for yourself if you put them in a small mouth mason jar that can attach rights the blender base and you don't have to transfer
