      Pehle slow bhago. Slowly synchronize karo. Phir speed badao.
      Agar nahi bhi hoti to koi baat nahi hai.

      Weakness sab ko hato hai. Itna nahi socho. Aap stretching kiya karo. Cool down zarur karna hai practice ke baad. Protein diet lo acha. Zarurat ho to protein supplement bhi le lo

      Don’t run too soon too fast. Slow down and increase speed slowly with increase in strength and flexibility

    Sir being a female aspirant I've to run 1km within 6min in an examination. When I'm practicing I have been facing breathing problem (like, bohot jaldi saans ful jati hai, jiske wajah se mere 1km spreed se within specific time Complete kr nhi parehi hu) & 2nd problem: pet k right side may thora upar ek jagah pain hone lagti hai, only while running.
    So please suggest me how to resolve these two problem and achieve my goal. Eagerly waiting for the best explanation.

      yes, why not.
      But do not allow your muscle to cool down. also make sure that you breath properly. Jab aap let te ho, breathing volume kaam ho jatta hai. Uska dhyan rakhna

      do overall development. Increase core and legs strength. Flexibility should be at the top.
      Increase speed slowly

      these days treadmills come with shocker arms and hence the shock on legs and joints reduce.
      So you can do treadmill too. But I will advice to mix

      I do not know what s your current level, so I don't know if you can do it or not.
      4 min for 800 meters is good time, and if you have some running experience, you should be able to do it

      aap sardi main bhi icing kar sakte ho.
      Aap winters main warmup and stretching before run thik se karna. Compression clothing ka use karo

    Sir, mai 4 baar running me fail huwa hu, 1600 mtr in 7 min, i can run 3km but i can not run 1.6km in 7 min. Sir mera last round time pe nahi hora, mentally and physically tired ho jata hu, drop karne ko man karta hai..., sir please suggest me how should i complete 4 rounds within time?

    Sir trademill pe daude to koi dikkat to nhi hogi na.. 1600m - 6:30 pe pura karna h.. Air force me

      No problem but treadmill is no way to prepare for 1600 meters. U will have to run on the track

    Sir mera time nhi kam ho rha or 1200 m ke bad mera pair jamh ho ja rha hai .kya karu sir 1 year se running kar rha hu aise hi ho rha hai

    Currently I running 11.5 km in 1 hour.
    I want to run 15 km in 1 hour.
    How to practise so that I can increase my speed .
