My man back at it with bodyweight skills this time! And some other killer beats! Love the way your physique evolved when you switched from weighted to bodyweight workout, keep posting!
Hey man, I watched your 1 year natural transformation video and just started lifting a week ago with basically the same body type as you had when you began. What did/does your diet look like for these gains?
Hey man, I’m a bit past his beginner stage and am currently making videos documenting me bulking up, and providing advice on dieting, lifting, and healthy living. I wanted to make a series where people could follow me in my weightlifting journey as most of the fitness RUclipsrs are more ripped than most people will ever be. If you’re interested in watching and want to become more informed on bulking up as a skinny guy and follow my journey, please subscribe so you see when I make my first videos! Also, a typical healthy diet for someone like this would be to consume around 0.75 grams of protein for every pound of fat (if you weigh 130lbs, you would need to eat 97.5 grams of protein) per day. Calories would vary depending on height and weight, but if you are really skinny like he was then around 3000+ calories per day. Try out mass gainers if you have trouble eating a lot.
Around 4k calories for the bulk in the 1 year video. During this cut I was doing intermittent fasting probably had anywhere between 1800-2600cal per day. I had a lot of water weight and fat to lose, which is why I didn't lose that much muscle. Full day of eating / training video will be up in the next couple weeks!
