Respect my man! I’ve allways been skinny aswell, started training 6 days a week for 4 months and gained 22 punds with a daily 4.1k cal diet + 1.2k cal gainer, been a while since i went now but this made me want to get back to it

Still confused by which diameter rings to purchase. Some say get the 1.11" (FIG) and other say get the 1.25” (CrossFit). I don't have particularly big hands.

Good shit kid, form is trash but congrats on the transformation…little tip (not a criticism, just advice..take it if you want, if not that’s cool too lol) : focus more on form instead of just getting the weight up, the swinging of your body on a lot of those reps will hinder your muscles from looking more defined and overall it will workout more areas of your body instead of targeting the areas you’re focusing on for that day. Keep at it tho!

So gained 20kg of muscle in one year but he lost and then gained again so in theory he got +40kg of muscle mass in a span of one year? That's impossible to natural bodybuilding even with god genetics nobody would be able to get 40kg of muscle in one year, even 20kg of muscle is a lot even using steroids now imagine gettings 40kg but bein natural? If you're watching this is not even close to reallity, training hard and eating properly you probrably gonna get one kg of muscle by each or two months and after each gain you're gonna gain less and less and i'm talking about muscle, there's a diference between getting muscle and getting fat before cutting.
