More upright angles for exercises like rows and curls will take more of your bodyweight off the targeted muscles and make it a bit easier to start off with ! And then you can progress from there gradually getting closer to horizontal. Thanks for the support !
Try setting the rings low, push off the ground for momentum, and then land on your feet. The lower the rings the easier it'll be. Focus on getting some reps in and then eventually try to slow down and control the movement - you'll get there!
Still confused by which diameter rings to purchase. Some say get the 1.11" (FIG) and other say get the 1.25” (CrossFit). I don't have particularly big hands.
What about the legs tho? i kinda have a similiar workout already, i just incl. some Squats and im going to add deadlifts. And you need to pump some air in your bycicle :) nice vid tho.
