I played self-found before it was cool - it's called Retail F2P - no trading, no auction house and you can't join a random team. I guess you can run dungeons with others I guess, and only level 20 as max, just like SOD!
Ah, so a way to get the most out of the [current retail expansion] "free trial" by making it into an Ironman/Hardcore/permadeath/SSF metagame, eh? Not a bad a idea

Me personally I’m not playing HC wow . Enjoying SOD too much and we need more players to migrate there
i just started SoD - I played HC when it was on regular servers with the HC addon or you had to record your journey to validate..... I really really hate the timing of SSF.. I am really enjoying SOD... hopefully SSF stays popular for a long time, as I will DEFINITELY be playing on it...just not right now.
Way too little way too late. This should have been released instead of the original hc servers which weren’t hc at all.

When I was recording the gameplay section I accidentally used the wrong settings in OBS. I think it all recorded in like 480 or 720p. Was frustrating, but I couldn't just re-record and fake the reactions, so I rolled with the lower quality footage. Hopefully won't happen again. Thanks for subscribing!

Classic WoW Hardcore (Self Found). Classic WoW was already extremely tedious to play. Hardcore made it more thrilling. And Self Found mode take the tediousness to the extreme.
Wait. It's not on it's own self-found server and you can turn it off when it becomes too inconvenient??? Hard pass.
Ya unironically saw a bunch of female players thanking Blizzard for being able to quit hardcore whenever they wanted and i realized it's a joke

So, Blizzard did not give us fresh ssf only servers and instead went the lazy route and reduced the whole thing to a simple toggle, that can be disabled if you decide that you need to buy some gold? No thanks.
