I've got a druid, rogue and hunter lvl 25. The druid was by far the most boring to level. My rogues my main and I think it's great. Being able to use my gun to instashot a slow or stun feels really cool.
And I rogue tanked Stocks today which was great and worked out just fine. The deadly poison stacking and enivenom in raids while keeping slice and dice up and kicking is real interesting. IDK who is saying the rogue is boring, but they're trippin!
i hope they add more endgame content. I dont wanna get tired of the pvp and raids and sit in orgrimmar or stormwinf all day. I would like more bgs or pvp modes or new raids or maybe quests? would be epic. World bosses too:)
Having a lot of Paladins roaming around kinda fits in with the lore, they are an order, the size of the cathedral is also an indicator of just how large of an organization they are, they are an army of the light, so having large numbers feels right. And from a gameplay standpoint having so many of a class that can now very capably fulfil every role is only a positive, we may even see situations where mad lads will run entire Paladin only raids, much like the DK runs of wrath of the past.
*me who only plays horde*; ah yes, interesting... All I know about paladins is they are annoying in PVP.

I play Paladin in any game that has them. I've always felt drawn to them and love the lore of them. I've made sooo many, Blizzard probably thinks i'm nuts having so many.
I never played Paladin in 20 years of wow. In SoD I first rolled a Shaman (as usual) then i tried hunter, but then I don't know, I decided i wanted to try the Paladin.
Now that i have a broad overview of the class I came to thinking that Paladin is doing everything Shaman can do, but better...
- Seals and judgement are more fun than Shamans weapon enchants
- Auras last forever unlike totems
- Better armor
- Blessings last longer than Totems
- Divine Intervention is better than Ankh
- 2 handed weapon fighting is better than dual wielding
I haven't even watched the whole video yet, but I have to say the audio quality is absolutely amazing and top tier here, Nixxiom! Ok gonna finish it now lol
I've still been playing my first Arms Warrior through taking my time at level 22 now. Victory rush has been so nice when fighting more than any one thing,
Now that I've got the runes for rage from bleeds and the auto attack speed increase with 2 handed weapons rune, Warrior has been feeling good.
Also been running Herb/Alch. Troll pots, Armor elixirs, and the like. Been fun!

SoD paladin has been great. Most fun I've had in wow since I started in highschool. I had a dop idea that in. Future phases they could let us use fist weapons to be scarlet monastery monks.
What did you mean with the cathedral bit? I don't really want to type spoilers on youtube but only 1 of the 12 runes starts there. Unless this is a case of the runes having multiple places and you got them from different places than me.
I've always played rogue, and that's what I went with first, but I just started leveling a pally and it has renewed the game for me. Loving it.
Playing a Human Warlock Tank feels great they massively lack AOE agro tho but in ST they can really do an insane amount of threat. Aka feels really good in a raid when you got a paladin or a tank that can get aoe agro.

as a paladin main, i can say its worth it. all melee classes feel powerful to some degree. and paladin has a lot of easy gearing options.

Retri Paladins are great fun and can easily tank the Raid in a tight spot even without a shield as long as you take the right runes.
I felt like a god when I finished ret. You smash so hard you pull of tanks and tank the mobs yourself no problem. I have testing out tank rogue it kinda reminds me of early era war tanking and Ill probably try mage healer next. So far though most the new stuff for the classes I played has been fun to get and test out using.

I like the rogue. Maybe people going to SoD from retail and Wrath just aren’t used to not starting with dual wielding when they play rogue. It’s a bit of a slog without that and slice n dice.
I'll probably have my paladin alt to 25 Monday, I found it much smoother than my warrior and I actually enjoy tanking with my pally so groups are pretty easy. Hopefully I can pug a BFD at least 5/7 before reset.
I mained rogue and am having a blast with it, Mutilate was disappointing since it's weaker than backstab, but overall rogue feels really good.

My con on playing Paladin in SoD and basically retail too is that everyone plays one (and Hunter) and I always must play underdogs in any game.

Yes but if you went into SOD with thinking maybe I do not want to be a healer and spam penance plus Prayer of Manding and sleep on my keyboard for next 8 second until it will come of cd because there is nothing else to do, but wanted to play shadow, you will be disapointed in that class. You got extra dot to went oom even faster and with misserable D spec damage

i've been playing holy paladin, gearing out in cloth because classic loot doesn't have anything specific to Hpal, and the only rune that matters is beacon. you can use martyr a bit in dungeons but healing doesnt get enough of a break in the raid to melee anything

Davinci resolve free editing software. When it asks for details can give it made up ones. Has lots of tutorials online. You can have the basics of using it down in a couple of hours. You could start today :)
Played 12y WoW and only Paladin. My Class. Plaxed CLassic with it, even if it was äss.
1 Range, 1 Melee/Tank, and a Healer is all I need.

I Started to play as ROgue, and hes wasnt much fun. Swapped to Priest and I had way more fun. Not to mention easier time finding a group!
got a druid to 25 then i made a pally got it to 25 both pre bis geared haven't done the raid yet tho did some pvp on both chars tho
I think rogues are fun, but I’ve always thought that. Rogues have VEEERRRRRYYYY little “added fun” from SOD, though. If you weren’t thrilled about vanilla rogues, there’s not much more in sod to bring you in to the class.
Rogue is really fun for PvP, with a little of a bow gameplay, a dash in melee and more CC, in addition to the basic already fun rogue of classic. But indead the runes doesn't bring something special in PvE
defintely found the same! Leveled a rogue and got to 20 and found it not that amazing. I main a drood and feral feels great at the moment so ive gone warrior to tank/dps as an alt because rogue was pretty disappinting to me
Only joined to make a shockadin further down the line, glad to see I’ll be able to do it phase 2. Phase one for hpal has been dogshit, literally the last pick healer and unsustainable mana.
All I know playing shaman, you definitely can tell those who play paladin and know how to seal twist and those who don’t.

A shaman should not lose to a paladin. As the shaman should be purging your buffs, including the seal. And since shamans can dual wield rockbiter with the tank rune to boost health, armor, and decrease damage taken. While still dual wielding for faster damage output. With shocks for burst damage and slow. Yeah... Unless the shaman is undergeared, low on mana, or simply bad. They shouldn't lose to a paladin at this point.

Aside from hunters and their broken pets, paladin has been topping the charts in very fight of BFD, aside from the turtle.

Ngl rn in sod rogue isn’t the funnest even though I made a rogue as my main and I have some fun it’s mainly the new meta now where druids do the same dps as a rogue and have heals and bear form and kite you and paladins and warriors junk your life like no one’s business and locks well nothing needs to be said about locks they’re fucking nearly every other glass rn, but rogue really only feels decently good against mages and hunters.
In Vanilla / Classic and " Season of Discovery " the biggest advantage of making a Pally is because at Level 40 they get Free Mount just pay for Training. End Of Story.

I'm playing Rogue, Pally and Hunter and so far I'm having most fun on my Pally
I started out as a Paladin in SoD but felt it being too slow in its first 10 levels, so I ended up making a warrior and was blasting through the leveling experience, I only hit a bit of a wall twice, once in Westfall and then in Redridge Mountains, reached max level yesterday.
But now after this video I might have to go back and level up my Paladin once I've geared my warrior and made him ready for BFD.
i had the exact opposite experience. felt like the warrior was always struggling vs pally i was steamrolling everything.
maybe a skill issue on my part?
@@justcus The right runes and blacksmithing helped quite a bit and 3 AH purchases near max level, early on I used Victory Rush for healing but swapped it out for Single-Minded Fury once I got that, still using Blood Frenzy on my chest and Frenzied Assault on my pants. I also need to get my hands on Flagellation and Consumed by Rage.

I was torn between Pala and Lock for my first. I went lock and now I wish I went Hunter or Druid because the movement speed on foot is killing me lol.
Leveled 3 different healers, can say paladin probably feels the worst of the 3. Kit will be better at 40 tho

@@stuartjackson4774 Went on a dungeon spree with one, but when you do consistent 6-8 mob pulls and I can drink while they setup the pull that is more than fine.

started leveling rouge stoped at lvl 14 already full of it, gone to retail and leveled up 3 alts to lvl 70 its better
As someone with a 25 rogue. It gets way better by level 20-22 if you stick with it. Otherwise just make a hunter, it’s easy mode and so fun

One thing I have noticed is a lot of gold farming creators complaining about bots doing what they do but more efficiently, which brings the prices down for us players that play the game for the sake og playing the game, well I'm sorry but not sorry that someone has stopped them artificially inflating the god damn prices and I can afford shit for a change. ( now burn the shit out of me if you want I dont give a shit)
