Hi Mcson, yes nurses with a diploma are considered as skilled works with NOC code 3012 or 3233. The challenge however is that the credential evaluation process outcome might equate it to a Canadian High School diploma and not a college diploma. The effect of that evaluation is that you might not get much points for your education and that lowers your chances of receiving an invitation to apply for Permanent Residence. My advise to you personally would be to look at options of upgrading the diploma to a bachelors degree at the barest minimum, with a top-up program if that is available to you in your country. That way you will get more points for the educational credential assessment.
You can get yourself a visa without using an agent Canada is not as hard as we hear or see on videos. Get your complete documents and follow them on chatting. It’s simple funny enough most of the people scaring us about Visa haven’t even traveled for once. If you need a visa you can apply on www.canadianimmigrationprocess.com

I suspect you might need to improve your IELTS scores to get maximum points. A minimum of 8,7,7,7.5 for LRWS is advised.You can send us an email for further assistance if you have any questions

You can apply but the points that you get for your education credential will not be as much as someone with a tertiary degree and higher.

No you can’t because you need at least 1 year of Skilled work experience to be eligible
