#3 Profit Prior to Incorporation - Problem 2 -By Saheb Academy

This is the second problem of Profit Prior to Incorporation. In this video I have shown how to
1. Analyse and understand the question
2. Calculate ratios i.e. TIME RATIO and SALES RATIO
3. Divide the expenses and income into PRE & POST
3. Prepare Profit and Loss statement when adjustments are given.
After watching this video you will be able to solve Profit Prior to Incorporation problems when adjustments are given.
This is for the students of B.COM, BBA, CA INTER and any other accounting courses which has this chapter in its syllabus.
