How do we know in which problem we have to use average profit or weigted average method

In capitalisation method ,What if average profit less than normal profit (minus figure/goodwill)
Will it be still consider as goodwill???

Hello Sir, your video is very helpful but I have a doubt sir if Average Profit is given 2,00,000 and rent is given 4000 pa and manager salary is given 2000 pm which have been charged against profit of firm, then also we will deduct 24000 from Average profit . Sir please guide me in this situation
