Sir am very happy with your video but i have a doubt that in average profit method we should subract the future expenses every year but here you have subtracted only for one year ??? Ex: 20000-2000=18000(next one year)
Whereas 2000*4=8000(for future 4 years) so i think it's 20000-8000=12000

We have to take the average value like average of expenses is 2000 in ur Ex , So we subtract 2000 from average profit..
