I would've gotten pink tbh if the inner piece wasn't transparent. Don't know why they made it that way for the pink case, but the black case looks super slick with yellow. Thanks for the review.

This case is really similar to the otterbox pursuit. They discontinued it after the Galaxy S10 series. I think that was the best case otterbox ever made. I hope they can bring it back.

does the rim ever get loose? dont seem sturdy like the defender pro that snaps to the back piece and then gets wrapped with the case
Actually you’d be surprised! It doesn’t come loose at all, it stays fitted the entire time even if you take it off and put it back on multiple times!

I got my S24 Ultra case from Best buy today after searching for several cases and was torn what I had previously bought a month ago from Best Buy with the Samsung official case and the Best Buy brand case and there not being any other cases to buy for it locally without buying online and I didn't want to get the regular Otterbox Denfender Pro for my S24 Ultra like I also have for my iPhone 14 Pro Max too. And I want to show off that pretty yellow color of my new phone to go along with my iPhone 14 Pro Max on my secondary phone service!!! 🤗📱❤️
The one thing I hate about this case, is I can't wirelessly charge my Galaxy watch 6 off it. Big L for me. Actively looking for a new case due to this.

That clear back portion of the case doesn't give me confidence that it going to protect the back in the case of really bad drop. Also heard it a hassle to get on. I think if you gonna get an otterbox defender then get an regular defender or defender pro.
Hopefully next years xt for Galaxy series will have much improved design and offer more protection but for this year. I wouldnt get this case. But that just my opinion.
