I hear static from 1 friend. Why?
I can't get notification sounds on my Galaxy s7 Edge. Verizon btw. I don't know I have a message unless I look at my phone. I've tried everything, including checking my apps notification under phone settings.
+LeJuan Williams I have the same.phone. I so not get an audio notification either. But the icon on my home screen will show the number of callers who left a message
Yea I get the icon alert so I guess that will suffice since I love the app so much :)

Can anybody help me troubleshoot?
I love Marco' Polo, HOWEVER, TODAY I have an issue...I am trying to view a 'Polo' and it says UPDATING....and keeps spinning and spinning, and won't allow me to view the Polo. This has been UPDATING for over 1/2 hour and nothing is happening! Can't find any help in the app to tell me what is going on!
Maybe restart your phone or reinstall the app
How to permanently stop it forever from making any sound?
the "Last active" time seems to have disappeared in ALL my friends and they haven't changed their privacy settings. I've tried deleting and uninstalling the app as well as my account. what could this be
+richard bearteet well on android all I see is a lil green ring around the people who've been recently active. Is that how it's working for you?
I have a Moto Z and I get no sort of notifications. I checked my settings and see no reason to not be notified.
+LawTheStryker make sure your app is updated and check the icon from time to time you should see a visual notification but no audio
I cut my notifications off I'm trying to cut em back on
