@Sinnder13 A holy priest is my main, with pretty good 372 gear basically there are 2 ways of a priest getting mana back, shadowfiend and Hymn of Hope. Firstly holy priest have 80% mana regen while other healers have 50%(we need this). You can either Cast shadowFriend and Hymn of Hope (Hymn of hope makes your intellect go up by 15% i think) which means you get more mana from shadowfiend. But in a raid group i would use the 2 seperately so that my mana lasts as long as it can, since most..

@Sinnder13 .... Bosses have more than 1-2 phases depending on the mechanic. But since Holy priest has 80% mana regen while casting from spirit we benefit more from the shaman mana totem out of all the healers, but this isn't OP since alot of the holy priest aoe spells costs alot of mana (if only ppl would click the lightwell /cry)... But i normally cast hymn of hope just before a BIG BANG in the boss encounter so i have time to cast it and benefit from a tick of this.

how are priests on mana these days? Don't they use something similar to evocate to restore mana? Doesn't that make it hard to get mana back if you mana return requires time channeling? I have the other 3 healers at 85 and I'm trying to decide on one, but I have been playing my lvl 30 priest to try to get a feel for their style to see if I want to lvl him up. After watching your priest videos it is making me more motivated to lvl my priest, but curious of how they do on mana.
