Before get to the decision maker(s) first we need understand and know who is/are the decision maker ?? I typically ask the prospect like " Tell me Mr./Ms...... "Apart from you, who else are involved in finalizing the deal / solution"
@@MuhammadNaeem-fs4ng yes it is quite common objection when the door keeper says send me your Co profile or proposals (means "Generic not Specific here") but you can overcome by stating or saying "well there are so many products/services/solutions that we provide i don't want to send something which is not Specific to your requirements. Hence can i know who is the right person to talk to ? Can i have his/her email id ? If not his/her mobile no# So far it is working for me in 80% of my calls. Hope it is useful to you 😊

How satisfied you are with the support you are getting? 4. Is there something or some functionalities that you would love to have in your existing s/w? This way you can probe and get some insights wherein you can pitch your solution but don't try to close the deal at this juncture
