    just do handstand hold, push ups, pull ups, dips with perfect form

      🤣 Maybe in a perfect world. I don't expect anyone to have perfect form if they're a beginner. It's all about progression, slowly getting better. Also sticking with exercises you can do confidently before doing more advanced ones is always a good idea.
