    The shoulder saver pad is well worth the investment even if you have healthy shoulders. As for best warm ups, it differs for everyone depending on what restrictions they have and what their form needs are.

    Great lesson on stretching, I also wear crocs and socks just about everyday, unless I’m feeling apeshit crazy, then I take my socks off.

    I messed up my left shoulder while squatting, due to the lack of mobility across my left side. Shoulder warm-up is as important. Would love to see some content around that. Thank you!

      The difference in squat comfort and overall stability in warming up the shoulder complex before squatting is night and day.

    Pull downs and hamstring curls. Adductors abductors. Quad ext. Depends on your goals and weaknesses

    personally i do body weight 45deg hypers before squat and deadlifts and it made a lot of difference for me
