Car A would be GT7 and only because even with the shutter effect you get a perfectly straight shadow on the fence line which in real life the shadows will stay true just be stretched a bit!!
This is what I’ve always said to people that talk shit about Gran Turismo that it just simply looks more realistic than other racing games even games that are considered more realistic in how they play than Gran Turismo!!! And I love the way Gran Turismo plays! Been driving since I was three years of age and the very first time getting on a force feedback racing wheel in Gran Turismo no problem- Bustin ass!! (this also applies to games more realistic than Gran Turismo! Assetto Corsa on my First try was like Getting on an old bike I had since childhood, immediately a home)
Why would you care about looks if a racing game needs to feel realistic for it to just not feel floaty? Because gran turismo feels arcady 90% of the time, I noticed it when is switched to AC, ACC and Automobilista 2
@@wesselromijn078 Yeah I agree.. At first I couldn't tell the difference until I paid careful attention to the liveries on the FXX Ks. Car A is GT7 because the FXX K used in the game is coated with the same stripes behind the headlights, the two tone style paint job with the black roof and white body as well as the number 10 on the doors regardless of the body color you buy the car in. Other than that I wouldn't be able to tell which is real or GT7. It's spot on
It's also in the game but u have to place the camera a little bit far from the car to see it, or some times it's visible when u do a race with rolling start
Car B is the real one because the detail of the road is a bit more than the one in A and the shadows are not too dark because the light from the white paint is reflecting, so it makes the shadow a bit brighter. Still love the graphics tho
photo A is gran turismo 7 you can tell because in photo B the car has heat distortion due to the heat released by the exhaust pipes and the driving line that is a bit worn
La différence la plus flagrante que je vois c'est sur la voiture B avec la chaleur du moteur qu'on peut bien distinguer mais sinon à part sa l'évolution à bien progresser ont atteint le sommet du réalisme 👍
With the last two it would've been impossible for me to tell, but I knew as soon as I saw the first pic that car A was Gran Turismo. You can see the chunky pixels around the outline of the car and certain parts
there is plenty of room for improvement. They look extremely realistic when taking pictures like this but not when actually playing. If someone were to make a game where it looks insanely realistic when playing the game normally now that is difficult to top
@@andre7089 That is true but I said this in more of a way to answer the original comment. What I meant that there is a lot of room for improvement in terms of realistic looking graphics ^^
after the first photo it was quite easy to tell mainly because of the clarity, distinct colors GT7 has, depth of field but I had a harder time telling apart Car A and B in the 2nd photo and an even harder time telling the difference in the 3rd photo
Car B. Color of people’s clothes in the stands are considerably bright compared to any photos I’ve seen of stands. The pixelation in the last photo of the stands looks “patterned”. Shit I watched it again and have no clue lol
Graphics are amazing and at first glance seem indistinguishable, but there's usually 3 things that video games struggle to match to real life; road textures, wheel/tyre textures and colour palette. If you look closely at these 3 details you can usually spot the real from fake pretty easily. Road textures usually look quite flat and one dimensional in video games and you can't really distinguish the individual layers in the asphalt as well as pebbles like you can in real life. It's especially noticeable in the first pic. Wheel and tyre textures have dramatically improved in recent years for video games, but they still can't get it right when in motion. Rims/wheels will look too shiny and will have an unrealistic texture and shape when in motion. And lastly is colour palette. Video games still struggle to have natural colours and in particular grass is a dead giveaway. The grass in video games will be waay more vibrant than the grass in real life. So you look at all 3 things in detail and it's clear to see Car B is the IRL car. That's not to take away from the amazing graphics though, they are amazing but just some inherit flaws with video games when trying to achieve photorealism.
Only because of the third photo I know that GT7 is car A. The brake rotors have a perfect grey color, they doesn't look metal made. The rotors of the car B are real, they look metal and dark because of the high temperature they take during braking.
B it's not about the road or the car's. It's about the fan's. But you wouldn't be able to tell if it wasn't for that stand's. Pretty insane how real the stuff looks
Car A is Gran Turismo, I the livery of the car was the first telling thing but also the shadow of the fence not being stretched. Crazy how you can barely tell though
I instantly understood that A is GT7 but I couldn't understand it from the car. Just look at ground in the first pictures, you see a crack in left bottom. That looks way more 2D in GT7.
I think car B is the real one, mostly because you could see the engine heat coming out of the engine bay in car B. They both look super close to the point to were if there was no heat exiting the engine bay in car B I wouldn't be able to tell. GG 👍

Car B is real. You can see the heat distortion behind the car on the first set of pictures. That being said, it still took me a couple mins.
Gt7 has heat distortion graphics too.
Weirdly I was saying B was GT7 for the backgrounds more than anything
@@garethbattersby I cant even tell which one is gt7 with those 2 cars. Both looks real and fake at the same time.
