These are honestly my favorite videos from you because you show your workflow and also the raw footage prior to all the edits to pretty everything up and you get an idea of what you should be aiming for prior to all the post work.
That project must have been super fun! Being by the beautiful lake, shooting with the Pocket 6K Leica R combo, and working with great people. Phenomenal work, as always, Matteo! 👌🔥
The BTS looked better than the production footage? Literally every cinematographer's nightmare. That's why you always ask BTS to be in black and white!
@@willvazquez3218 honestly? If you think this BTS looks better than the final video shot on BMPCC6K and Leica R you got some serious problems. With all the respect for the guy who shot the BTS, but he will tell you the same thing ;)
sembra na bomba sto lavoro!... riesci sempre a tirare fuori delle immagini bellissime con la bmpcc usando pochissimi mezzi. Bravo Matteo, davvero bravo.
It's always such a pleasure to see how you're working Matteo ! Really inspiring ! I just have a question : did you had an IR cut on your lens when you were shooting ? Thanks for the BTS ! Queeny.
Hey Matteo, really admire your work. Can you tell us why you prefer BMPCC over a Sony camera? I saw you compared them side by side using your LUT. They are quite color matched. Thanks.
Hey mateo... it is nice to be in Lockdown and at least being able to see other fellow cinematographers doing what we love so much. Thanks for that. One q thought, what cam you using for the BTS? Nice image quality. Cheers!!
Ciao, sempre molto utili i tuoi "behind the scenes". Posso chiederti se stabilizzi in post o se il movimento di camera a mano che esegui ti soddisfa già così in ripresa? Grazie :)
Hi Matteo I’m a fan of your eye man!! You are very important to my career as a cinematographer. I watch your videos all the time. Quick question how do you build your membership program ? Do you used Patreon or how do you do it ?
Ero indeciso tra comprare un grill e una Ferrari Enzo, questo video mi ha risolto il dubbio! 7:12 😂 Video super interessante, questi dietro le quinte sono stupendi!
Any advice for me? I have just a tilta mini follow focus with standard 0.8m gear and tilta mini seamless follow focus ring on my sigma 24-70 and if i try to rotate it just miss sometime gear and jumping a little. I think this is beacuse tilta follow focus ring is a piece of s..t. If a lens have a little resistance, this follow focus stuff doing the same issue because it cant be tight as a 2 rod attached system. I think this is the main reason or the seamless rubber focus ring because its made from rubber. Sorry for off question but maybe you have this follow focus in your wardrobe in a bux under a lot of cloths and you know something about it. Any experience with it?

Idea to put a 10 stop and shoot at 3200 is super interesting I’m going to try this! Love this style of video, so helpful. Leica R looks insane too
I loved seeing you genuine excitement about the drone 😅. Beautiful images as always and thanks for sharing your process.
Nice breakdown, the tip with the 10stop ND and 3200 ISO was a touch.
Really enjoy seeing your process Matteo. Thanks for making these BTS vids 🙌🏻
Always love getting to see behind the scenes of your workflow! Thank you sir!

nice one, thanks for the BTS.
Thanks so much for sharing, awesome work with your filming/directing! What a stunning location, this must have been a wonderful experience! ✌️
Thanks for sharing these BTS projects! Really good insights! Tried out your Buttery luts for the 6KPro and loving it so far! 🤘🇪🇪

Thanks! Yes those filters are IRND
simple and fun 👌

Lovely work!
Awesome work, Matteo!
Great BTS. And beautiful footage. Blackmagic should use your footage for their next camera.
Great job Matteo! Thanks for the breakdown video! Do you have any low back pain while shooting handheld, if yes, how do you struggle with it?
wait what are those small cube lights? those look dope!

Awesome, can I know what kind of camera are you filming for behind the scenes?
Looks good man! Which Leica R were you using that went to f2?
What was your reason behind the 10 stop ND with a high ISO, was it that you wanted some grain in camera rather than post?
A bit of texture, but mainly, as I mentioned, being able to shoot at f2 :)
What's the BTS shot on? look very nice
What are those Tungsten lights that you used for the video ?
Amazing as always. What did you film the bts with?

Busy days, looking good but with a project like this do u or director work off a written shotlist or do u also storyboard?
No storyboard, we worked on a shot list and some general ideas of the mood we wanted to achieve
Wow! Super powerful but very small LED lights via USB… at 5:38 - never seen them before. Where can I get those?
Servivano backstage così, grandi.
Great insights. Did the fpv footage get used at all?
Thanks! I think a couple of shots!

what v mount battery adapter do you use?
What is the name of those lights you used at 5:45?
where can I buy Leica R?
when you used 10 stop ND with 3200 ISO, why not use ISO 400 and add grain in post?
Cause i needed to shoot wide open f2 and 6 stops iso 400 f2 was too bright
What is the Model name of your small light system? You are taking about 05.36 Min
Hello Matteo, do you prefer 1000 iso over 1250 ?
Yes you can’t shoot 1250 in daylight. You are gonna loose 3 stops of dynamic range

Leica R 35/2 or 35/2.8?
