There's a lot of good project cars in that salvage yard that need to be bought and gotten out of there

I remember walking through all the junkyards in my town back in the 70s/80s looking for parts and seeing all the great vehicles they once had, I am sure you could have driven many of them home at the time with an hour or twos effort. Now only a couple of the old yards remain, and all the great old cars are pretty much long gone and have been replaced with disposable complicated junk.

I use to crawl around in our local salvage yard for parts on my first truck at 16 for a 1963 c10 Chevy.. back the. We could buy a car like a gremlin for 150 bucks do a little tinkering and drive it a few weeks and if it broke down we just left it where it broke down and went and got another car…. All t his new junk will just be recycled into other new junk… those good times with old cars are shortly running out

It looks like all the good parts were already picked off these cars years ago and left to rot, because I'm not seeing anything of any real value here. Looks like most engines and trim pieces are gone. Just a bunch of rusted metal and rotted interiors left.

@Racoldgin you are right...That's why they sell alot of new parts..Since they have been In business they have not crushed a car....it's still a lot parts ..
