  • De La Riva is one of my favorite things to do and I'd say I'm pretty well known for it. I've gotten a lot of questions and requests about this position and the controls involved, so here is some key details to pay attention to when you play DLR.     Do you have a gi version a lot of these tension points are great

      @@JunnyOcasio That’d be terrific. Absolutely loved this because videos about how to control and maintain a position are so rare. Most videos focus on the moves that are possible from positions. But as a white belt learning these positions, if I can’t maintain the position, then I won’t even have the opportunity to try the different moves… (Been having fun working through the control scheme in your RDLR instructional for the last 3 weeks as well.)
