"Bernardo Faria is a 5x World Champion. Bernardo started training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in Juiz de Fora - MG, Brazil at the age of 14 in 2001. He's so humble and approaches everyone else's game with wonder. It's infectious.
Mikey is amazing. He possesses Natural talent, Technical brilliance and Skill, but also the ability to communicate this to others. Rare qualities.
I agree almost 100%, but natural talent is a myth and sells him short. His skill was gained through incredible training discipline.

I love the foot past the hip tip. I see that it makes the angle between your femur and axial spine an acute angle. By virtue of both the angle generated, and forces at play, their weight will transfer onto you and remove your frame. So simple; so mechanical; so mathematical. I love BJJ.

Hello lil monkies. I have a 130LB vs 265LB video on my channel. At around the 1 minute mark the small guy attempts to go for S mount and gets rolled over. Can someone tell me what he did wrong?
When he goes for S mount, his weight is on the floor (he sits off to the side), not on the opponent.
