That's right, new things have indeed been discovered about Omni-Man's combo potential in MK1. While it looks incredibly flashy, it actually seems pretty decent in terms of pulling this off in an online game. There is not any setup, you just need to hit the first string and then don't drop it. Someone accidentally comboed me with it online and started freaking out and left to go lab. Literally was like “AHHHHHHH I KNEW IT COULD COMBO! GOING PRACTICE BYE!”

In the corner you can do b11, j12, 22, and then the stance grab to combo for more damage. You can do this anywhere on screen but it’s less than the new combo you showed
The timing is iffy landing the stance grab after the j12 but it will always connect of you spend meter
@@thesaltmerchant4564 you do standing 22 after the j12. I’m able to land it consistently online but I practiced it a bit. It’s not that hard to do tho. It’s as difficult as this combo shown in the video, if not easier
There is an easier version of converting bf4 with f41 if you have the Kung Lao Kameo.

The damage is different depending on what console your on as of the current patch anyway. Can’t wait to use these combos though
Which is annoying because my omniman can only hit max 37 with the same bnb combo but pc can hit 38 and now Xbox gets 40

Instead of swapping sides in the air and doing a second air string use the airi stance grab(2) and then use Darius to extend it on the floor to regrab and launch agai .
Yeah, it’s so fun to try to hit it online and get 50% a lot of the time
kung lao just opens up his routes tho, darius is better for combos but kung lao is 100% better
Darius spends the whole bar if you use the kick even if you miss it, and it takes a long time to reload so I sometimes think it’s worth it, even though the damage is awesome

So the easiest route I've found with this is B11, F3, 3, BF4, F3, DB3EX, 1 into the air punches. It's works every time and it's one bar no kameo 41% 👍🏼
But that’s basically the exact same damage as his normal bnb without bf4

@@briankurtz79 I was comparing your 1 bar to his normal 1 bar bnb off of b11. If you aren’t doing closer to 45% 1 bar combos with bf4 in them then you might as well just do his old 1 bar bnb.

You listed the combo starter as b22 in your description; it’s b11 for startup
Can be done off of BF4 from the air. BF4, get the hit, delayed S3, BF4 again, F3 Grab and do the bnb jump stuff. And funny thing is S3 BF4 is a loop.
Someone used Jax with that and I was like WTH just happened
Saw this combo on TikTok day and was like did he miss that punch on purpose
it might be a bug, it might get patched out. cause this also happens when you use a kameo for example (sektor missile from full screen into the superman fly) he gets the air properties on the ground, it might get patched

I’ve been in the Lab and it turns out if you have Scorpion you you Do f4-FlameSword-1(whiff)2 which is amazing for Omni Man because his f4 is great for whiff poking and you can do it on reaction too
Tip: if you mash buttons while you are doing a fatal blow you will do more damage
I saw the tech last night too, it does seem unintentional tho😂the timing is way too wonky and the BF4 makes no sense.
Def gonna go crazy with these new routes tho. For all we know it gets nerfed with tremors drop next week😭

Instead of that setup w the hat, you really should do this one. After viltrum stance grab and your first air 212, air dash then delay 1, then you land and dash immediately into F3 Kunglao hat. Its crazy pressure you can break armor with it and they cant jump out. And if they take the hat you combo off of it.
Also make sure your overhead and low arent hitting at the same time because theyll automatically block it, no unblockable setups like that.

So, i think its a glitch. It doesnt work with every string, no matter how low to the ground they are. His back 11, f4, then standing 3 into bf4 should launch but it doesnt. It only works on some setups.
It’s really angle dependent. It’s a couple of grounded frames in which you are technically above them so the ground bounce.
An easy fatal blow combo is f12, stance and grab then walk forward a bit then standing 3 then fatal blow. Should hit for around 485
now let’s add darius/scorpion, how much damage we got then
If you end the combo with Darrius 44% no bar also

i’m i can NOT get standing 3 out for the life of me after hitting the launcher, i whiff the first 2 and hit second like he does but standing 3 just doesn’t come out what am i doing wrong
I've been in the lab practicing this combo and I'm struggling with consistently landing his stance grab after foward 3, I'd do foward 3 stance grab and it would just whiff any tips to get land it more often?

You have to hit both parts of forward 3
the optimal also works off any grounded string into lao launcher for 40%+

If I played this would be good to know, tho its always good to have both an optimal and a safe route depending on damage and connection. If you got life lead and good bars on ethernet then for sure go all in

Yes, if you jump, it launches. People have been pairing him with jax since he has the unblockable ground slam that you HAVE to jump (also Omni man can’t b hit by it in VS) and the BF4 tracks, so essentially an unblockable setup 😂.
I just think in every game people are unimaginative. I fucking knew it was an extender and not a starter.
Kunglao kameo isn’t even the best or worse based on experience, it’s just kneejerk kameo because Cyrax is gone
My isssue is all his starting mix ups are too easily blocked. I wish he had better lows and highs to start combos

I do 35-55%s with Him consistently, pretty easy to play.
Had a feeling this combo is what the video was gonna be about and if I’m being 100% honest with you, it’s not worth it. The timing on it is way too inconsistent to be relied on and you’re much better off using his regular combos unless you want to risk getting a measly 150-200% combo from it dropping.

If you can get the timing, you can just do a stand 2 instead of trying to land the second hit of 1,2
The best I've found is b11, f3, 3, into the launcher. Just be fast on the f3 and it hits way easier
Let them drop them air 1 and you can land and stand 3 into low hat good damage and very consistent way into set up

If you're above them when you do it... it bounces them.

Unfortunately the fatal blow combo after VS 1 is very precise and whiff's if you're off by even a second.

@@KaixaDrome I've been hitting a B4 before I go into it. It will occasionally whiff but it's much, much more reliable, it'll land about 9 every 10 times, and it's more damage.
