If you live southern part of England you will get a 3 bedroom for 350,000 - 400,000.
And up North- 270,000 - 360,000
And you will need 10% for deposit

LIFETIME ISA is only available for people below 40 years.
But you can open other ISA accounts like Cash ISA, Stock & shares ISA etc
But, those don’t give 25%. I think it’s expedient to often mention the age limitation on a Lifetime ISA. Nonetheless, thanks for creating awareness on LISA
