    Def the added insight into functional movements that I was looking for. I’d like to see more upper/lower drills and full body drills incorporating anything that drives functional patterns, time under tension, etc., whether that’s KB’s, rings, TRX, barbell or all the above.

    The handle of my 32 kg KB is not that big. I can't hold it properly with both hands from the sides. Anyway, thanks for sharing, Marcus. Great video!

      It's a cast iron kettlebell without any mark, but still suitable for swings, deadlifts, squats or cleans.

    Awesome video! If i were starting fresh into this, how many times a week would i do this if i want to start building muscle? And what weight would i start on? Is there a way to determine which weight i would start on? Really appreciate your time and effort on providing fantastic info!

    Hey Marcus - These are awesome KB moves, love the diversity in the movements. The upright strict press has made a significant improvement in my right shoulder due instability issues. What would your recommendation be on supersets with these?

    What's the recommended kettelbell weight for beginners?

      I typically will suggest a 16kg for men and a 12kg for women to get started.

      Never hurts to start light and feel it out. You can always get heavier as you go.

    Hey Marcus, as a beginner what mass/weight of kettle bell can I begin with

      I'm using 35 pounds here. Since you're a beginner, I would recommend starting with something like a 25 pound KB, and slowly increase to 30 and then 35 over time.

      If you want to dedicate a full day to upper body training you could do all the supersets. Otherwise just add one to your existing training each day

    Excellent. a doubt, do you recommend doing all the movements with the same weight? I ask because I have a single 24 kg kettlebell (52 pounds)
