Def the added insight into functional movements that I was looking for. I’d like to see more upper/lower drills and full body drills incorporating anything that drives functional patterns, time under tension, etc., whether that’s KB’s, rings, TRX, barbell or all the above.
The last one felt so good! I love how works the dinamics of different movements that you put in one single exersise making sure cover efficiently the muscle area. Your energy is amazing!
HI Marcus, love your videos, your moves, routines. But it would be great that if you showed your body, it would be without the use of whatever suplements you use. You're great without.
Awesome video! If i were starting fresh into this, how many times a week would i do this if i want to start building muscle? And what weight would i start on? Is there a way to determine which weight i would start on? Really appreciate your time and effort on providing fantastic info!
Hey Marcus - These are awesome KB moves, love the diversity in the movements. The upright strict press has made a significant improvement in my right shoulder due instability issues. What would your recommendation be on supersets with these?
As a multi sport endurance type guy (mostly cycling), I just discovered how awesome kettlebells are to overall fitness. Would like to see leg workouts similar to this great concise upper body you posted.
Any recommendations on reps and sets? Are these similar to the leg video you created? I can use the same set and rep mark from that one just asking thank you again Sensei 😊
I'm using 35 pounds here. Since you're a beginner, I would recommend starting with something like a 25 pound KB, and slowly increase to 30 and then 35 over time.
Really appreciating these videos for workout ideas Marc! With lockdown going on and off here, I have limited equipment at home so your videos have been a lifesaver. Cheers!
You're amazing!!! Your recommendations are excellent, the way that you explain each exercise each so clear. You make complicated matters easy. Thanks so much.
That's a 70lb KB for the chest exercise am I correct? Then 35 for the rest? I really do like this one, having been using it on and off for a bit. Thanks @@marcusfilly
Always good looking movements, your kettlebells exersises are dope! 🔥
Wait until we drop this KB ebook in two weeks!!! Gonna be awesome.
Where can we find the ebook?

Great work
The handle of my 32 kg KB is not that big. I can't hold it properly with both hands from the sides. Anyway, thanks for sharing, Marcus. Great video!
That is too bad. What kind do you have?
It's a cast iron kettlebell without any mark, but still suitable for swings, deadlifts, squats or cleans.
@@jurajvizi5423 I see. mabye this style of gripping isn't best for you then.
Solid advice, as always. Thanks for sharing, Marcus.
Much love team!!!

What's the recommended kettelbell weight for beginners?
I typically will suggest a 16kg for men and a 12kg for women to get started.
My arms just filled my shirt after this finisher! I completed this after pull up/push up/ air squat EMOM. Woo-eee! Thank you sir.
I love to hear that!!!
What weight kettle bell do u recommend starting out with
Never hurts to start light and feel it out. You can always get heavier as you go.

Includes 3 weight size kettlebells and all were packaged perfectly with no damage in one box

Glad you like them!
should we do all 3 supersets on same day or do 1 superset at a time? thanks in advance for your reply
If you want to dedicate a full day to upper body training you could do all the supersets. Otherwise just add one to your existing training each day
Excellent. a doubt, do you recommend doing all the movements with the same weight? I ask because I have a single 24 kg kettlebell (52 pounds)
The ones performed with my red bell can be heavier
🤔 yeah great answer Marcus
Love all the kettlebell work!! Thanks for the great info!
Any time!
How much weight to start for beginners
I recommended getting a 16-24kg bell or two
What weight is best for this?
