I adored watching this video. It was like sitting in your living room having a cup of tea with you. Thank you for sharing what it takes to grow bilingual children. It's important for everyone to know it's possible to have multilingual children (nothing will happened to them). My daughter speaks two languages and English as well. It's the same drill to keep up: supplemental classes, reading and videos in the native language as well as WhatsApp sessions with teachers and grandparents. A bit of dedication but if you start young and keep the practice up with the second language it gets easier for them to master another language. What a beautiful life.

Loved this, Monika! I have the opposite experience to you, in that I moved to Munich from the UK in 2006. German has been so difficult for me but I’m getting there and you gave some really good tips for learning. My daughter is actually bilingual and is constantly criticizing my German pronunciation 😆which actually helps a lot. By the way, sorry I couldn’t make your recent masterclass. I am disabled and work full time in Munich as a patent attorney. I sometimes do make-up on shoots at weekends though and would love to come to your next one! Liebe Grüße aus München xxx
LA. is beautiful but gosh, Austria and Germany, to me are something so special and gorgeous (love Munich and love Vienna). I spent a lot of school holidays in Vienna and once I was in Munich and I fell in love with the city. I wish I could live there (either country would do haha). Ich liebe dich und deine videos :)
