You were right, she has the perfect face for this 60’s look. Absolutely gorgeous and love how true you were to the time period!
Love the look. When I did my makeup in the 60's we used Pancake on the face and the lips. The paler the better. Hadn't even heard of blush back then apart from rouge, which we never used. Crease line was black eyeliner taken out with a flick and eyeliner was black with a flick. Plus thick, clumpy mascara. We used very few products and my friends and I all wanted to look like Twggy.

A very nice video ! Would it be rude to ask if you could do a video on covering up melasma on a light /medium skin tone ? I have been battling melasma for 2 years now and am really struggling how to apply sunscreen,correct,conceal and add foundation to my face since my melasma is on my forehead and quite pronounced :( Thank you and am looking forward to your next video . I would also love that. My melasma from 2 pregnancies is fading now but still this is one of the hardest things to cover. I had it above the brows and above the cheekbones in a symmetrical appaerance on both sides of the face but the worst is above the lips. It's a tricky area because we sweat a lot there 😉

Fun 60's look. Hard to imagine such an extreme look being somewhat common fare for the fashion forward. My eyelids would become irritated (red and puffy) on occasion for a few years before I discovered it was the red dye in eyeshadows called Carmine. I enjoy warm coloured shadows and it is very hard finding something without a carmine derivative.

Monika, do you have suggestions for a good liner for the upper water line. I am 58 and dont like lining above the lashes anymore. Tight lining defines without taking up space on my now less visible lid space. Some liners transfer to easily to the lower water line and others have a hard time depositing the product because of the dampness of the tightline. I noticed you used as gel liner and brush on Christine.

haylbot you need to warm it up quite a bit with your hands to make it blend better and apply better, hope that helps!
