Monika, I just love your work! It's so natural. I mean the heavy makeup tutorials with all that countoring are fun to watch, but you make it more realistic and ideal for everyone. I just wish you could zoom some parts, like the lower lash mascara application

if you drink toooo much of water, you also flush out minerals, vitamins...so watch out. 2 liters max.
Simone Schroeder Exactly! Max 2 liters, but that includes the water that’s in the food that you eat, so you shouldn’t actually drink 2 liters.
water intake should be proportioned to where you live (i.e. very dry Regions) and your activity. The best form of hydration is through food (fruit and veg with lots of vitamins and minerals) so the 2 liters max is bs.
My doctor told me to drink 2 gallons a day 🤔🤔

really suggest you try a brand called lumene :-) amazing skincare and makeup, their skincare also has high percentage of natural ingredients, and many of both skincare and makeup have been my bag for years!
Do you have any makeup videos for Dry to oily skin? My T-zone gets fairly dry especially in winter months but the nose can get a bit oily also. My pregnant right now so my skin is a bit off
