- Hi Everyone, today’s look is all about a smudgy lived-in kohl rimmed eye. To keep the look fun and interesting I added a pop of blue mascara. This makeup is perfect for a concert or night on the town in your favorite leather jacket. I have the gorgeous Kaylee from newMark models today and she rocks this look!

Love this look. Would love a tutorial for an eye look (with flicky eyeliner application) on someone with heavy creases that go down past the lower lash line/hooded eyes.
Hi Monika! Great tutorial as always. I have a curious question.....Do your models keep the make up you use on them? Or do you sanitize it after to be able to use it again? Like using the mascara wand right out of the tube or lipstick out of the bullet on their lips is there a risk of germ transfer?
smokey eyes work so well with brünette or dark eyes/hair

I love how simple and achievable this look was. I personally would not have to use 8 hour cream though because seriously, my lids are that oily. STILL, I'm rather intrigued with the unexpected use of Coloured mascara. I do love using navy liner instead of black from time to time (it really brings out the brown in my dark brown eyes).
I really like this look Monika! However I try to color correct my undereyes I never succeed so this look makes me look even more tired but it is a thing of beauty! :)

Monika, love you all your videos you do beautiful makeup so effortlessly. But, could you try to do more looks on various skin tones, I would love to follow some tips that work more for my skin.
Could the orange corrector fix underneath her eyes also? Or is that more for a bruise. In other words would the stronger pigment make her look even less tired or would it be too much? Love you Monika!
You should do some videos on women with not so perfect skin. You use such minimal/natural makeup because these girls are all perfect and have beautiful complexions. Would love to see some diversity in models with realistic skin. (I totally understand you do high end/model makeup but would be great to see something new and more relatable) :) xo

no offence but... monika blunder is an esteemed, HIGH FASHION (magazines/red carpet appearance), A-list celebrity make-up artist. And nikkitutorials does mainly drag-influenced makeup, which i believe she freely admits. i enjoy watching nikki's tutorials as i love her personality and it is very interesting makeup, but i personally wouldn't go anywhere wearing those types of looks. in my opinion, not even close to being on par with monika and other pros. Your comment feels disrespectful. :( All that being said, it's fun to play and be creative and do whatever you want. peace.
I've always thought of makeup as an art. there are no rules. both ladies have different styles of application and I love both methods.

Nikki may be skilled at doing intricate eye looks but personally that's where I draw the line with her. Monika is a professional and has celebrity clients for a reason, makeup especially the skin doesn't need to be piled on and layered to the extreme to look beautiful and that's the reason why many people prefer to watch and learn from professional makeup artists on RUclips like Lisa Eldridge and Monika
