FAT BURNING full body BALLET CARDIO workout with CORE burnout from Maria Khoreva

Today’s full body workout (fat burning) is only 25 minutes long and it’s going to burn your calories and fat as well as tone your leg and core muscles.
We’re doing 3 rounds of cardio moves:
1. Lunge + front kick L
2. Lunge + front kick R
3. Turned out burpees
4. Mountain climbers + plank jacks
5. Pile jump + arabesque lift
6. Sweeping side lunge
7. Jumping jacks + high knees
8. Plank back kicks
And these are going to go for 40 seconds on and 10 seconds rest.
And after that we will finish the workout with the 7 minute total abs burnout round.

Hi Maria. I just love your workouts and I do at least two each day. By the way in this workout above - standing section, you have missed the jumping jacks + in place jogs last set in the set of three. I couldn't be wrong as I hv done this workout several times by now.

Can someone please tell me about how many calories are burned with this workout?
It depends on the persons height and weight wise. Im 5'3 and 45 kg and an estimated calculation is around 150 calories.
Also a major factor is the effort that you put in keeping the right form for each exercise and going "all out" and how much muscle mass you have. If you have a lot of muscle mass % your body burns more calories in order to be able to transfer blood and oxygen in each muscle group.

I usually don't write comments, but this time can't help myself cuz I DO appreciate what this girl does and I wanna say that I've been training w this exercises for almost one month and I definitely see the result! It's amazing,,,my body's getting a beautiful shape and I started to feel more confident and feminine since I've been training this!

yeahhh! i actually found that to be true too. after I got through my first moment of like WOW this actually HURTS i wanna give up and actually pushed through it it seems to hurt less somehow. idk i struggle with pushing thru pain and it was cool!

As a non-dancer, this workout was awesome! And I love that it's bi-lingual! Makes me feel like maybe I'll pick up Russian by osmosis, lol!
The poor lady doesn't have any fat on her!, look at her core-she has a 6 pack most men can only dream of. In all seriousness having watched her video on what she eats in a day, she cannot be having enough cals as it is ( albeit her diet, such as it was is very healthy-she did mention she drinks a lot of milk, perhaps this is enough to maintain her? Side Bar: As a proud Scot who was raised on porridge , I wish she would cook it in milk and not in water....so much tastier!

This actually helps with pirouettes (and with almost everything else), very many thanks! Yes, some extra training for pirouettes would be great!
This is amazing workout and I love doing it. But you skipped jumping jacks + high knees in the 3rd round. ♡
Here is a suggestion for everybody.
Don´t skip the advertisments, she is an amazing dancer and puts all her effort, the less that we can do is help her by watching the advertisments.

Hello!! I'm not Maria, but I recommend doing this about 3 to 4 times a week. Remember that your body and muscles need rest. Try mixing up your workouts to some Pilates and Yoga so you have a bigger range of strength and motion!!

Hyper extended legs have to do with your bone structure, so that is not something that you can learn. Of course, it's always good to try to get the most out of your body, and doing the right exercises will help improve you, but bones will never change.
