depends how it was advertised. if they clearly said, 'Caps with the correct number AND security code will win', or if they just said 'Caps with the correct number will win'. I've never seen one of these promotions advertise the security code as prominently as the main number.

Let's say I build a box. I do whatever I want with the box. Eventually, I pass the box on to my child. Effectively the box has served a feudal monarchical role. Both me and the child have rights as a democratic citizen. I don't think anyone would have a problem with this so far.
Now replace box with business or "corporation." Why does it suddenly become wrong? I'm the one who built the business its my fucking choice what to do with it.

It is absolutely analogous to a business and furthermore it is representing a feudal monarchy because A: i have all the power over it (though granted feudalism is far more complicated and power is generally not absolute) and B: it is inherited.
