    I have been using red light panels for the past 7 months.
    I use ‘Mitored adapt red light panel’ specifically for 810nm and ‘Blockblue red light panel’ for 630,660,830,850nm. Here is my results:
    1. My skin looks much younger and I can see reduction of wrinkles, fine lines and marks
    2. My neck and knee pains are manageable within 3-4 of exposure to red light ( bye bye pain killers)
    3. As for 810nm on my brain, I am still waiting too see results because I have memory loss issue which I am hoping 810nm will help cure it
    4. I have heard that red light helps reduce hair fall but I didn’t see any difference
    5. As for mood enhancement, I don’t see any visible difference in my mood because I am always irritable because of menopause
    Please don’t expect magic to happen within a week because it takes 3-4 weeks to see visible results.
    I bought my panels after seeing the recommended list from a RUclipsr ‘Alex Fergus’ . He does a lot of comparisons videos on multiple brands.

    Absolutely love the detailed info in this video! I've had issues sleeping for years, and red light therapy has been a real help. I started using a panel from Future Form Official, a company in Norway, recommended by my doctor. This panel is not only effective but also affordably priced. Since incorporating it into my nightly routine, my sleep quality has improved significantly. There’s a lot of scientific literature supporting its benefits, which gave me confidence in trying it out. Thanks for the great content and the helpful discussion in the comments!

    Mito can be bought on ali express, they’re all manufactured in china and have only a few factories that make those panels
    I was first grabbed by mitos adds but since the commercial size panel I am interested in wasn’t in stock I quickly found even bigger panel for way cheaper on ali express. And Mito first vaguely said they’re awaiting their new stock from “overseas” when I asked where they’re manufactured 😂 they didn’t want to admit they’re all made in china and simply use personal branding as every other brand out there. They’re Not better, you can order same exact panels on ali express, in fact it’s smart asking the Ali sellers to source who exactly is Mito supplier and order from them ❤

    • @om7654321
      @om7654321 3 месяца назад

      Don’t trust the sellers on Aliexpress as they tend to lie just to sell their units or they might sell fake products. These units are usually not tested and might emit high EMF which is bad for your body. Buying from company ensures that these units are quality tested. I have done the exact same mistake and due to my skin being hyper sensitive, I could see red rashes on my cheeks after using Chinese panels. These suppliers claimed to be the manufacturer for a famous brand and only after using it, I realised I was cheated. Now I have bought two panels directly from a reputable brand and they work perfectly fine

    I have been a Holistic Master Esthetician for almost 40 years. I think LED therapy can be wonderful, BUT your skin must be ready for it. I find that people spend money on tools and actives when their skin is simply not healthy enough or ready. Also not all LED lights are good. So be mindful.

    Personally, a previous use of this combination, green tee and red light, severely burned my neck area. Admitting it was a mild organic matcha on a wash cloth but the damage is bad. Having to use medical assistance to recover. It's been several weeks.
    I've been looking for a video about red light burn recovery since if youre looking for content ideas

So many videos talk about benefits and guide to best device but hardly anyone explains the do's and don'ts of using red light therapy. Like how far away you should stand from device? How many times a day can it be used? How long for each session if doing different body parts?

    Hi I am interested investing in a red light as an add on with spray tanning. My question is, how would I use this red light? Would I use it before or after spray tanning? Does it matter? Should of I have them do it before? Would it before for them to use this prior to spray tanning? Then How long should they use it for after spray tanning? I wouldn’t be able to use the serum with tanning though bc of products I use for tanning but I love the light! Thank you!
