Add a comment below on what piece of equipment you’d like to see made next or an attachment idea for the upcoming mini excavator. Thank you for watching!
You should make a semi truck wit a trailer with motorised ramps
How about a fire truck? Motorized extending ladder and water canon.
I know it’s really hard, but an airplane or helicopter would be a nice project.
@@mars3142 I’ve tried brain storming a fun inexpensive 3D printed tiny airplane a couple times and haven’t quite figured out the best solution yet but I’ll keep working on it.
Another idea would be the robot number 5 from the movie „short circuit“. My son would be happy.
next - mini excavator, loader, roller etc...!!! hitachi, yanmar etc.. attachments: crusher, pincer etc..
This is great man, your video does not capture the amount of effort you have put into development. I admire your commitment to seeing your project through. I hope this is just the start of your interesting projects.
Thank you, the projects are a ton of fun to make so it all balances out. I’m glad you liked it!
Love your stuff, Prof. Very fun. And having fun watching your channel, production value and business grow.
I would love companion videos with a deep dive talking about how you think about, design, and prototype your projects !
Thank you very much, I’m glad to hear you’re enjoying the process. It’s been a lot of fun so far, that can definitely be a video I’ll add it to the list!
Better and better every time
This channel is sooo underrated idk why it has so little views and subs
Can you maby try to make a mini tank?😊
New Favorite Family Member, sound like man is speaking from Experience
Awe WOW! just saw the V2.0 3D Printed RC Skid Steer vid, & am really impressed the difference that new motor makes. & I gree, the new opening cab is a really sweet update.
A thought as well, u could redesign the engine compartment door to allow for attaching a counter weight (car tire balance weights for instance?) Or whatever one has lying around.
Hey thank you I really appreciate it! I like your thought on being able to attach something to the rear door for more weight to avoid flipping forward. I’m working on one last miniskidi rev currently so perhaps I’ll throw that in.
@@professorboots Sweet, is it a major update/ should I wait to print my parts? Also, I hit printables after messaging the email, & saw that you already got the forklift fork attachment done, looks good. About what r the measurements of the miniskidi? Width? Top lift height?
Wanna start doing a warehouse rack system with bins for it that'll fit those forks. Working twords setting up my own little "mini warehouse" along the back of my work bench for my small hardware, & electronics type parts. 🙂
a old vintage style tractor with a larg cannon attachment would be super dope, you know... for clearing snow to avoid avalanches and stuff
Awesome my kit came in today can't wait to build this
these projects are awesome!! keep these projects coming!
Forklift all the way brother
Thank you for the video. This kind of video takes a huge effort to make!
The next has to be a tracked excavator. Bucket, claw, jackhammer, and pincer(like needle nose pliers) imagine a RC mini helping hands.
i would like to see you making a 3d printed rc mobile crane with a working telescopic boom. like a liebherr 1100 for example:)
Oh that would be super neat
Awesome design. Is there a BOM so we can self source the parts? Will you be adding any electronics kits to your online store? Can’t wait to build this out.
FYI I looked everywhere for 15 minutes to figure out how to connect to this thing and only just barely saw in this video that you're connecting via IP. It's not documented or mentioned anywhere I can find.
Definitely use a rotary union so it can have continuous rotation from the tracks
Could use heavy sewing thread to control the joints on the excavator.
Now that right there is a good idea
I'm wondering what slicer are you using? I'm new to 3D Printing and currently using Cura.
Cool project :) Love all the RC's, can't wait to see what's next :D but a tractor with a gripper would be dope!
I’m using Bambu studio which is also similiar to orca slicer.
John Deere 210 GLC tracked with log grapple!
Next, you’ve got to make a bulldozer with a lorry it will look incredibly out of scale with the dump truck, but the dump truck is out of scale anyway
That would be super cool
@@professorboots thanks
Id like to see the excavator look inspired by a Kamatsu PC290
Next make forklift
For the mini Ex, a thumb for the bucket
I think roundabout £80 sounds right because of the extra moving parts or at least something like that
Do you need wifi in order to operate the truck?
Is it possible To buy these parts and get them sent to Sweden nowadays? Tried with the skidster a couple of weeks ago and your store didn’t send to Sweden
Unfortunately I haven’t set up international shipping yet. It’s on the list of things to do
Please add a ps3 Controller option for this one!
Are your models on makerworld? It’s cool there, because you present the correct print settings right out off the box.
Not as of now but I’ll look into it!
We need a mini jackhammer for the mini excavator
That would be pretty sweet
Pls make kit
i would love to see a static build guide........ it's a bit difficult and annoying to have to try to keep your pace or constantly have to back up a youtube video 1000 times :/
The captions read it as my IP address
Make a Mini Crane!
where are the schematics 5:00
They’re on GitHub with the code
@@professorboots thanks 🙏
