Great video Harrison! Great to see both options side by side. A few points to add on the UltraSwing:
The Rig'd Ultraswing has a secondary accessory hitch build in standard to allow you bike rack or cargo basket to swing with the tire and other accessories. The Multi-Fit Ultraswing is compatible with up a 37' tire ( up to 40" on on Mega-fit) with multiple wheel plate options available (5-8 lug) should the owner decide they want to use the swing on another vehicle platform. The machined wheel plate is also height adjustable so you can dial in the rear view visibility per tire size. The UltraSwing is is tow rated to 10,000 lbs with a 1,000 tongue. The machined locking wedge system is offered in 2'" well as 2.5" for HD hitch applications.

Great comparison video! I have a T2 Touareg and have been researching both Eurowise as well as RIG’d for a tire mount. Glad I found this!
I’m curious about that bottle opener on the Eurowise one, can’t that be relocated? Looks like it just bolts right on. 6:58

Thanks for the review. I’ll probably stick with Eurowise, especially since I can physically pick it up in Charlotte. Great group of people there. They just did the lift on my 09 Turbo S.

@@HarrisonSchoen so far so good. Full functionality of the air suspension is amazing with this particular lift. And the PDCC still keeps it flat in the turns even with the 33’s.

Nice work Harrison. Was enough to swing me (no pun intended) towards the Rig'd. Purchase made. Code used. On it way down to Australia.

    • @djhuska

Maybe not hassled because it’s technically not a permanent add-on. It swivels out and is removable. Just a thought. Not sure what I’ll do when I install mine. Never thought of it until now. 🤔
