Your travel vlogs have always been great, but your last few China vlogs have been among the best I have seen on RUclips. China is a magical place, through the eyes of your lens, and the music, editing, narration and the content just make them so superbly unique. No one comes close (that I have seen) to the production values you have shown recently. If you posted a video everyday, I would watch everyday, but you don't so sometimes, I watch your videos more than once, just to catch all the nuances of place. Your energy just shines in this magical country.
Wow, thank you so much, Eve! I am glad that you are enjoying my videos. I am loving discovering China and truly think that it is one of the most beautiful, intriguing countries that I have ever been to. I think that that comes across in my videos. Thanks again :)
Nice forest reserve but I want a place to plant mangoes, banana's etc., to be self sufficient but prefer if the place has it already because the village secretary and elder has a area where villagers go to get food, the best would be a vineyard for village income if not everybody do vegetables to supply the city. The sad part about this is Taiwan influence is all over the place and it is not a pretty site, it might work in Taiwan where they are confined and thus have to do do better planning but in China where it is so huge people just randomly build stuff, China will never be able to build a city unique to its own and crafted by technocrats unless they first somehow recreate real city building that made Imperial China just like the Forbidden City. If China can make the Song Dynasty Imperial Court the center of a city then perhaps they will be able to learn the expertise and organization to build a city similar to the planned and partially built German Sponge City which China can incorporate in the New major extension of Singapore, the Forest City, which will make it 6 times larger.
I can't describe you enough how much I #Love your China travel series.. 😍💘since my early teen years I have a dream to live and explore China for 1 year and each time I watch these diaries ,they keeps me motivated. so thanks... 😍💕💗 P's. Love those big blue eyes..;) 👌💙👀
FoodforThought thanks for your recommendation and kind thoughts but when I was 13 I barrow Chinese history books from my schools library and I wanted to study history and art at university in China but unfortunately it doesn't happen but I don't give up. Maybe you're right but now days nowhere is safe and + I love adventure. But again thank you for awareness and I have a travel list for east and southeast Asia ...
My favorite episode so far! Such a beautiful place and such cute and nice friends you have. You are so lucky. Really do hope you have more fun time in here and there. really expect your next video!!

Thanks, Travellight. I used to live Guangzhou more than 10 years, and traveled many places in Guangdong province except Meizhou. Thanks for this video showing what looks like in Meizhou.
Hi Jordan, I have a request. Can you add an image of a map showing where these places you visit are during the video? It would be nice to get a feel for how regions of china feel through your vlogs. I could look it up, I know, but don't tend to take that active step. I feel others may gain from it as well. I enjoy your content and personality. Thank you for putting your time into creating all the content you do. Regards, Ed

Thank you for all your China videos & recommendations. I truly appreciate all your appreciation & open mind throughout your travels. Wishing you joy, health & continuous blessings.
So awesome, I look forward to your videos and narratives. You capture the essence of the destinations you visit through your filmmaking skills and story like description narratives.
Such beautiful walks looks outstanding and thos shop houses that you went to in the afternoon and night reminded us of Singapore in the early 70's thanks and stay safe
In china, vegie and fruit is much cheaper than Japan and Korea. there are more choice as well. In japan, you normally buy fruit in piece while you buy fruit in China in Kilos. In Japan, a watermelon cost about US$45. Not many people in Japan can afford to eat watermelon or other melon.

If I'm not mistaken the glass bridge is a bridge made out of glass hanging over a huge cliff! I remember seeing videos of it and I felt scared of the height watching from my home lol. A shame you missed it but a very enjoyable video nonetheless.
Firstly, the Wuzhishi scenic spot don't have pollution everywhere like you say that. It's clean and beautiful. The local there is very friendly. People would like to help me even I can't say the local language so i don't know where you get your point that they are rude? And then maybe the local economical situation is not like the other places, but Meizhou is the poorest city in Guangdong actually. If you wanna talk about the civilization, you can travel one of the largest cities like Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Beijing, Shanghai in Mainland china. These cities are very modern and the people there are more civilized. So why am I not pround with my country with these beautiful sights? By the way, I suggest that you may care more about your small islands. In my eye, Taiwan's bbs '批踢踢‘ is very ugly and very very outdated. Welcome you to surf anyone of the Mainland's website and then you know who will be shame and who must be shame. And the last, have you got the electric power yet? 停電熱不熱?
So hard to agree with you,I must say. So-called pollution is just the surface, behind which it’s the way people live. But with rapid development in the years to come, these problems will all be solved one by one. I firmly believe in that, cause I grew up there.
You've gotten so good at editing...around the 11:00 mark was especially good. Consider inserting a map on occasion? I'll admit it...I'm too lazy to search for Wuzhi Mountain on my own.
Hi, I can't thank you enough for sharing these videos. I love traveling around the world, but for some reasons I can't. However I travel with you in e very video and I'm thankful for it. Good luck 🌹
China has literally thousands of that kind of tourist scenes. This one is just kind of average. As for youtube, facebook etc, China has their equivalent apps and usually with better features but within the great firewall. But nowadays people usually use wechat to do everything, its the one big stop & shop for everything. The city you visited, Meizhou, is one of strong holds of Hakka people, who are really the more “original” Han people migrated from the north like Henan province long time ago. Hakka cuisine is usually known for its economy than tastes.

停電熱不熱?

unexpected to meet you here and thanks for your kind words
So hard to agree with you,I must say. So-called pollution is just the surface, behind which it’s the way people live. But with rapid development in the years to come, these problems will all be solved one by one. I firmly believe in that, cause I grew up there.
Great video! Good place, good guide!
Good luck 🌹

The air must be super refreshing!
It is an amazing trip, only we didn't stay at Meixian longer, maybe next time you may come visit with Livio.
Nice video just curious what kind of camera equipment you use ? Thanks.
Your so amazing videos...love it😙
That is the best video . So awesome
Wow, Amazing place, China... !
Love your videos jordan.
I subscribed because you seem really nice and a wonderful person.
Nice places you go...very interesting!
