China real estate is collapsing the whole country including big cities like Shanghai and apartments like this will be less one fifth of the price now very soon so don't buy apartments in China. The apartment will definitely not go up to 1.5 million in the next 50years. Definitely a stupid act to buy one apartment, and soon you will be crying for this.

i just installed a bidet (fits on top of a regular toilet) in my Chinese apartment, and I am back in my element again, having gotten used to my bidet in the states over the last several days, Nice place you have, and the community looks excellent. Enjoy the after glow of owning your own space. My wife and I are buying our own condo currently and will move in next year once it is completed. But we will have the fun (and hassle) of designing the interior to our liking. Another expense, but you did well and got a nicely designed unit move in ready, Enjoy!
