Yanjin is a special place and I kind of felt like I went back to my roots while telling this story. Back to 2017 when I first picked up a video camera.
It’s probably not the most “viral” video I could have made on my China trip, but that’s okay. It is certainly a story that I enjoyed telling, and this city has left a lasting impact on me. And I hope it will for you too!!
The nature, the society, the hospitality, the layout of the land - is all extremely unique and awesome! This is my 6th trip to mainland China, but my first time being away from the big cities on the East Coast. I’m wildly impressed by life out here. Thanks for watching and keep and eye out for the next 5 episodes in my China series!! 🇨🇳🙏

He not only gave you an exclusive tour around his hometown, even going as far as taking you up high in the mountains, but actually invited you into his house. And to top it off, he's got a beautiful smile too!

Cool Video man, i have been to Yanjin. My wife is Chinese, she has friends we visited that live there, really cool town. I'm American, Wife (she is from Tianjin.) and i just celebrated our 20 year anniversary. Two kids 16 and 13. China is actually a pretty cool country, Food is amazing. Soon as they know you are from "MeiGuo" (beauty country) people are super nice. Course we visited many times with our kids. People absolutely adored them, from wait staff to doormen, to taxi drivers. They loved the fact we had two Sino/American kids lol. It is a great place to visit. First bit of advice my wife gave me when i first went to china was "We are mellow people, and are friendly. we like Americans...just never talk against the government in public". I always adhere to that. Plus Yanjin Beer is my Favorite! Guess it's that polluted river water that makes it taste great LOL. Nah i don't know if it is actually made there but that's what its called. good beer.
