    Have you ever heard of Flackers? Flackers are flaxseed crackers that are made entirely from flaxseeds. They are one of the healthiest crackers on the market, made from whole plant-based foods that are nutrient-rich.
    Flackers were originally developed by a doctor in Minneapolis as a healthy snack for her gluten-free patients. After gaining notoriety within the gluten-free community as a nutritious snack, they made their grocery store debut in 2008. Since then, Flackers have become one of the fastest-growing crackers in the alternative grain cracker space.
    The only downside is that Flackers are quite expensive for what they are.
    Fortunately, these crackers are easy to make at home.

    Hey there! I noticed you didn't mention the ratio of water to seeds. Just wondering if you could provide that information when you get a chance? Looking forward to hearing from you.

    Hi, I was wondering why you hadn't posted in awhile. Sorry to hear about your cough, but glad to hear you're better. Nice and easy recipe. I was wondering what happens it you ground the flaxseed first. I will definitely, try your way first then try the ground way next. Also, want to wish you a wonderful Holiday Season and an awesome New Year 🥳🎊🎉🥰😊🥰

      Hi Jo - thank you! My apologies for replying so late. Crackers from ground flax seeds work just as well. I have a recipe on the blog if you want to try it: nutritionrefined.com/flaxseed-crackers/

    Generally, flax seeds don’t digest well unless they are ground. Dos soaking them reduce this need?

    Is it the same as flaxmeal after soaking the seeds?

    if dehydrated, what would be the optimal time ? overnight?

    • @barneyrubble4827
      @barneyrubble4827 7 месяцев назад

      Longer. I dehydrate alot, its slow but depends on thickness. Uniform thickness is always the hard part, too soft in some spots, burnt in others(edges usually). keep checking.

    You need to use ground flax seeds or they’ll come right out of you and you won’t get any benefit

    Is it possible with slightly ground flax?

    • @nutritionrefinedasmr7025
