I loved this bread!!! So moist even a few days later! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! I have so many allergies and have gone fully raw with the exception of this bread... ♥♥♥
Its unbelievable how great it turns out. Thank you so much!!I am also from a country when white bread is very popular, but unfortunately not good for me.
I've had all these ingredients (except psyllum) for a while now but didn't know how to combine them. This dump and bake recipe is right up my alley! ;-) Thank you!
Hi I did it a couple of weeks ago really yummy today I took 2 tbsp of the flax seed and added 2 tbsp of sesame seed to try will see how it taste! Thank you for your recipe!
HELP! Desperately need quantities of Flax & water for the three recipes since I don't know where to find this "blog" you mentioned. I have always eaten "natural" so your 'tried & true' recipes are a big help to me if I can get the quantities. Thank you. Dawn from Florida
God yes, me too Ioanna K! My hubby just says... "mmm GOOD!" If i push for detail, i get ...."SO good!" And if i offer 2 varieties, & ask "which is better?" Inevitably, i hear...."mmm, they BOTH good!" (insert rolly-eyed smiley here)
Love watching a couple of foodies work together! Love your recipes and totally appreciate your husband's description of results. I get you both. Also I am following your new channel.
Your receipes are what which made me understand that vegan is something which still can be made yummy!!! Can you please teach us how to make stir fry vegetables? I guess it will really be helpful for us.
I did not expect Tanner to explain the taste the way he did. I love the idea of a buttery taste and cooling effect they have. What brand food processor are you using Petra? Is it a Breville?
Can you please show us how to make chia seed wrap? Tortilla please been waiting for years love your recipes are the best and very clean not complicated hopefully one day you will come up with chia seed tortilla recipes, love your flaxeed tortilla recipe and bread
For crackers: Can i add some coconut flour? Will it make a big difference in baking instructions? What about adding eggs and baking powder or yeast? Thx for the nice video 🙏
You can definitely use sprouted nuts and seeds. I do it all the time. Are you thinking of making the bread or the crackers in the dehydrator? I have never tried, and not sure how the bread would turn out. I am pretty positive about the crackers though.
@@NutritionRefined Hi Petra, Burger King has made a veggie burger that my husband will eat instead of a burger ! It is called the impossible burger but it's made with soy. Can you make one just like it w/o soy and any other bad stuff?
What I miss often in your videos is the texture of the end product. If you put the camera very close and break in this case the bread the texture and structure of it is very good visible. I need to decide "to do or or not to do, if it is my taste or not. It would be great if you could do it further.
The buckwheat might be better ground like the flax seeds. I don't like the buckwheat soaked or cooked. I eat it raw crunchy. But you could grind it. Why would you want to soak it anyway?
Read your instructions on the bread. Could you please elaborate more on the baking instructions - Why take the bread out of the loaf pan to a baking sheet after 45 minutes of baking and continue to bake it 15 - 25 minutes on a baking sheet? Love your channel!
I'm guessing the reason for taking it out of the loaf pan is to let the sides of the loaf come into direct contact with the oven heat and crisp up / form a crust.
Holisticliving Radhika While it is less convenient for us viewers, I definitely understand that the way RUclips treats content creators like Petra means they have to drive us to their webpages in order to make money. 😣
Is the bread wet inside? I have made other breads where I ground everything and added baking powder and it cannot be cooked. Always wet inside. Almost the same ingredients but ground into a fine powder. And adding hot water, not warm. About how many carbohydrates in a loaf?
Is there a reason you cannot use yeast with some of these doughs? I do understand the bread still won't rise as much without gluten, but it still might make some of these denser breads more fluffy. Is yeast forbidden for some diets? Is it an allergy? I'm not judging, I just really don't know.
I'd love to make this, but the only psyllium husk I can find is from China, or India and so many of their products are loaded with heavy metals. Is there a good substitute for psyllium husks?
@@houndjog Dear lady, you've got a GREAT point, but I can only find large containers of psyllium. I've found organic psyllium from India, but I'm concerned purchasing anything from overseas. i must ask about the amount of hot water... my dough is quite dry and falls apart, but when I look at yourtutorial the douh seems yo be fairly wet... so what might be the problem... too coarse the mix of nuts or too little water..And the flax seed do not stay in the dough... they are so shiny and smooth.. wonder if flax seeds in Sweden are different compared to ones you use.
Hi Merja - first of all, let me ask you - were you trying to make the bread or the crackers? I don't think that the flaxseeds are different in Sweden...
I so badly want to be doing what you are doing, just having the energy to make healthy things.... been sick for a while so for now I'm starting by watching lots of healthy uploads. Hummas would be great on it!!
I made the crackers yesterday, using what nuts and seeds I had on hand. They turned out great and are lovely with mashed avocado.
Just made this bread today. Added some spices. It turned out really great!

Hi Petra, what else can I use in place of psyllium husk.? Its rough on my tummy.
Right, same here and I work in a small office. Lol
I make without that

Hi my dear friend, can you please also help and show us how to make those vacuum roasted super crunchy peas and beans?

Did u know any thing about this?
I also don't have psyllium but Petra insists it holds the bread together if anyone tried omitting it, pls advice
Puedes usar semilla de linasa molida.. actúa como pegamento...
Any ideas on what I can substitute for the coconut oil? I am trying to avoid oil.. Everything looks excellent.
Maybe a bit more water instead of coconut oil ? I'm going to give leaving out the oil in the recipe a try soon ;)
I make mine always without oil
Frau Gräfin how did it go without the oil?
That looks very delicious! Is the bread also gluten-free? A friend of mine has been looking for a good recipe for so long. ❤❤❤

Thanks I gonna do it, just a question. The psyllium is necessary to do it? Can I replace it?
