    Hi, ingenious recipe ❤ This 3 in 1 recipe is great. Thank you! I love crunchy things so I'm making the crackers first. 😊

      Unfortunately, I don't have the flatbread recipe on the blog yet but you can follow the measurements for the bread or the crackers from the blog and follow the instructions for the flatbread from the video. Hope it helps! Let me know if you have any questions.

      So for the flat bread, do I also use coconut out in the mix? Or just the dry ingredients? So confused.

    Do you think you can make an ezekiel bread recipe?
    Thanks in advance.

      I typically try to make grain-free breads, but if there's enough interest, I will do my best. If you're interested in sprouted bread recipe, I have one with buckwheat and quinoa: nutritionrefined.com/buckwheat-quinoa-bread/

      Thank you! So sorry you can't try this one. If you're fine with nuts, you could substitute the sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds with nuts and instead of the chia and flax, use a little more psyllium.

    Your baked goods without a leavening intrigues me. I've tried your cracker recipe and it was hard to roll out to the desired thickness before baking. I'll have to try again for I'd rather use homemade crackers with hummus instead of store bought chips. Thank you for sharing.

    • @NutritionRefined
      @NutritionRefined  Год назад

      Thank you! Which cracker recipe have you tried? If you want really thin crackers, chia seed crackers with almond flour (nutritionrefined.com/chia-seed-crackers/) or flaxseed crackers made from flaxseed meal (nutritionrefined.com/flaxseed-crackers/) would probably be the best :)

      @@NutritionRefined I'm not sure which recipe I used. I love both chia and flax seeds I'll definitely try again. I made buckwheat crackers in dehydrator once. Crumbly. I enjoyed the flavor but not hard enough to eat with a dip.

    Hi! Instead of processing the almonds and hazelnuts, can I use just the store bought almond meal? If so, how much? Thank you

    • @NutritionRefined
      @NutritionRefined  Год назад +1

      Yes, you can! The recipe is really flexible, so 1:1 ratio (whole nuts : almond meal) will work just fine.

  • @rainislifegiving

    Would this recipe work just as well if all the nuts and seeds were pre-soaked?

    • @NutritionRefined
      @NutritionRefined  10 месяцев назад +1

      If you presoak the nuts that need to be ground into a fine meal, you're going to have a hard time achieving that flour-like texture. However, you could always dry the nuts after soaking. The recipe might even work with wet nuts... I have just never tried it.

    first of all its not impossible and will work to cook the flax tortillas in a stainless steel frying pan. people get so ridged in cooking. its suppose to be creative and expanding with no limits or does and donts. i made these flax tortillas and i used a lightly greased stainless steel fry pan. you have to lay them in the pan lightly and loosely and not push on them make sure the pan is hot enough and wait till they cook fully. when you can move them around easily in the pan turn them over. they came out great. i was not going to go run out and get some non-stick fry pan. dont be afraid to experiment.
