Channels like this just scrape highly commented/up voted stories from Reddit, feed them through a generative AI, and automatically upload them. The person that runs this account probably isn't even touching it most of the time.

Down vote the channel when it happens then. Enough people do it, it will stop.

OP actions against HOA Karen actually benefited those at her new location. Just searching her name tells everyone about her past actions. Thus preventing them from even allowing her to be on a HOA board.

Agreed though i'd not be surprised if since then the Karen has used one of those services claiming to be able to wipe your history from the net.

Her even applying to a new HOA board is a violation of her sentence in this case. Should have reported this to the original Judge, who could have found her in contempt of court and ordered her to serve some of the prison time sentence that had been suspended.

The corns too high? Tough lady it's a working farm, you move into a farming community and expect the farmers to just roll over and quit farming? Screw the lot of you!

Debt collection. OP knew about Jake running from numerous old debts yet combined her finances with him? Pretty dumb move. And waiting until after the breakup to check the account? No honey, sorry, but you screwed up big time.

Its stories the HOA Vs the farm that make me want to see HOAs and COAs extremely limited in what they are allowed to regulate as so many of the rules just feel like folks going on a power trip. Grass height and where you put your garbage cans should not be allowed to be regulated so long as the grass is neat and trimmed on the regular ( exceptions for family;y emergencies of course) and garbage cans are off the street same day as pick up. I find it hilarious that the HOA excuse is protecting property values when the presence of an HOA would make me offer less than for a comparable house not in one.

They can be useful but yeah there is a built in huge risk. That can be mitigated if you set it up where both your signatures are required to access funds though. That does make things awkward if those party to said account part way in less than amicable terms.

12:24 I like how they include stuff like this which actually when you check -- doesn't exist. There is no "Farm Protection Act" in any state that protects farms from Homeowners association. There is one, for farms vs debt collectors, but not anything else. If you're going to make up a BS story and use a gay sounding AI voice to narrative it, at least don't make it so obviously BS.

why do people even have their money in a joint account? It never ends well. just keep your money separate and if you need to pay for something together talk your SO. It's literally that simple.
