How do you fix this issue when you are on windows ltsc (has no startup repair option), and no bootable flash drive can boot at all. Only an external hard drive can boot.

Can`t boot the computer after crashing it 3 or 4 times as recommended by many websites. Says it will restart for me then switches off. Therefore, I cannot even get to the troubleshooting screen.

trying a few things.. i had graphics driver issues back when i was using the UHD630 built in video, where MS's driver kept installing itself and causing the crashes. i'd update the driver, but then suddenly the old driver stuck itself in at some point and then the crashes began again. i had to use some update blocker to prevent windows update from redownloading the old driver. i got a 2060 from a pal, been enjoying it, but it's been crashing and then i suspected it wasn't faulty hardware, but it could be a driver issue.. i uninstalled the official driver, let windows put its base version in (reads as ver. 27.21.14.5671). new official driver reads as ver.31.0.15.3141, which is installing right now. if i get a crash, upon reboot, i'll see if the ver went back to 27. if so, that means I gotta find a way to block MS from reinstalling its old driver over my new one -_-

what if after pushing the power button 3 times the pc restarts automatically everytime. Will the utility tool download work in that case because i cant get into anything without it restarting every time. Its so frustrating. Do you have a link to that utility tool?

Yeah yeah ... If you are able to open the desktop screen , then right click to Start icon , then click power icon , then hold the shift button on keyboard ..then Left click the restart

@@GameMeSomething you should try disabling windows update service in services.msc if you can't load onto your desktop wait until your PC crashes and comes to the Choose an option screen then click troubleshoot then click advanced options and click startup settings then choose enabled safe mode then wait until your PC loads onto your desktop. Press windows key and R at the same time then type in services.msc after you're done typing that find windows update and update orchestrator service and disable them both. hope this helps!! and happy new year
