Have you heard of Takeshi Ebisawa (Guy that, allegedly, was trying to sell nuclear materials)? It's pretty unusual to see yakuza-related news all over western media. The last time it happened (other than Ebisawa's case), was, probably, when Kudo-kai boss became the first yakuza boss sentenced to death.
Cool video, it's been a while since I've seen one of these. The gambling participation one was pretty interesting. In the States(USA) this is actually pretty strict as certain states do not allow individuals to participate in the online gambling business. So one would have to go to another state where it is legal. For the most part, gambling legally in the casino type business is a lot more common. There is less restriction there. Though I find it intriguing this took place under a restaurant, makes me wonder if it truly was a camouflage for other things. This was a pretty common tactic for triads in the Chinatowns here in the US back in the day, don't know about current day though. Thanks, keep up the great work Yakuzapedia.
The difference between both is the kartell sinaloa drink and do drugz all day mean while yakuza members dont and stay sober , they bow down to there bosses and are under strict loyal rules , they move in silence , yakuza would easily win , they actually have government connections .
